This is an incredible hotel - one of the best ones I've ever visited. It's a charming place full of character and history, but updated so comfortably. My room was huge, complete with a sitting room, a very comfortable bed, big bathroom, even a fan. There was an exposed brick wall that just gave it so much character. The breakfast was superb - so many warm and cold options, all very yummy. The staff were very helpful with any issue that I approached them with. And the location is right in the heart of the old town - 2 minutes from everything.
I can't think of one issue at this hotel - it is a treasure!

Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent.
The hotel had lots of silk and dried potted flowers everywhere that looked old and tired. Fresh flowers would have been wonderful. Red carpet in the entry also

Hotel was in an excellent location in the old town. Staff were polite and efficient. Breakfast was good with a decent amount of choice. I would 100% stay here again.
Couldn't work the rainfall shower. Probably our fault but had to use the hand held bit.

Hôtel extrêmement charmant. Le décor est sublime sans en faire trop. L'encens et la musique dans le hall produit une ambiance calme, luxueuse et même presque féérique. L'emplacement est au cœur du centre historique.
Nous avons pris une chambre sans fenêtres donnant sur l'extérieur, ce qui n'est pas du tout gênant pour quelques jours et a rendu notre séjour tout à fait abordable financièrement.
Pas grand-chose.
Un tout petit détail pour les gérants: la petite chaîne hi-fi et la radio diffusée pour le salon du bar dénotent franchement. Au vu du charme "ancienne bibliothèque" de la pièce, il vaudrait mieux du piano, de la musique classique, ou peut-être plus consensuel, des reprises "soft jazz" de musiques pop connues comme on entend souvent dans les bars lounge.

Lokalita v starom meste, všetko bolo blízko, všade dobrá dostupnosť. Personál ústretový a ochotný. Snidane bola vo všetkých bodoch plnohodnotná a výživná.
Na izbe č. 21 sa nemohli kvôli tesnej podlahe otvoriť v kúpeľni sklenené dvere. Je riziko že ich niekto násilným otváraním praskne.

Tout. Vraiment exceptionnel. Chambre pas très grande mais Vraiment très typique. Vitraux, marbre et bois. On change d'époque. Petit déjeuner très bon. Emplacement parfait pour visiter le centre. Pas de bruit et lits très confortables. Un excellent souvenir.

Das Gebäude ist sehr schön, die Halle, der Frühstücksraum und unser Zimmer. Uns hat die Einrichtung gefallen, das bequeme Bett, die Regendusche und die separate Toilette. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal freundlich. Die Lage ist optimal und der Preis war für das Gebotene nicht hoch.
Alles war sehr gut.

Very comfortable, clean and in a great location. This is a very old hotel but feels timeless rather than dated. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They let us work in the bar after checkout time and kindly replaced one of our keys when it was lost. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel itself is beautiful and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and they helped us print some documents as well which was really appreciated. The room was large and bed was very comfy.
The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices and the sparking wine for mimosas was a nice touch. The hotel could not be more central and very well located. Despite this it quiet and we were not disturbed despite being in the city centre.
There were a few hairs in the bathroom on arrival and the carpet hadn’t been hoovered which was a bit off putting. In addition if you want your room making up each day you have to ask for it. The shower wasn’t great with poor pressure and very difficult to control the temperature.
There was no iron in the room either which was frustrating for us as we had been traveling for a while so everything was creased but may not be a big issue for others.

I loved the room, beautiful and very very comfortable bed.
the staff was fantastic - I don't recall the last time I had such good staff service: impeccable, generous, available and kind.
b'c the massage was full booked, they referred me to a 5 minute walk thai massage place, and because I was not familiar with the area - they offered to accompanied me to the place and showed me where it was, even entering with me and making sure I was listed.
coffee was not very warm, even when they prepared especially for me in the kitchen. it was almost room temp. whereas I like very warm coffee.
But overall breakfast was wonderful: fresh, tasty and varied.

The location is superb, tha rooms are good with comfortable beds; bathroom - nice. The staff is very ccoperative. A quiet hotel.
There was a funny smell in the lobby (maybe from the rastaurant). Parking near by - costs 30 Euro per night.

One of the loveliest we have stayed in. Bright and airy and in a lovely quiet position yet still close to the main streets and bars. The staff were friendly and very helpful and made us feel really relaxed. Breakfast was amazing. A special hotel.

The room was very unique and quirky. Perfect location in the centre of Bratislava. The breakfast buffet was also great. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful.
The room had a staircase which we weren't expecting. For us it was fine because we are quite mobile but may have been a problem for people who are less mobile.

I was charged 100 extra without been asked because they said I smoked in the the room very unprofessional. Hotel should respect the customers much more never seen this nowhere in the world charging extra because they said you smoked its so little of the hotel .

Beautiful building and interior. Very friendly stuff. Good breakfast. Big rooms. Located almost at the main square. You can reach everything in the old town by foot in a few minutes. From the main train station it’s also just a few stops with the tram. Definitely an amazing experience.

Super hotel. Small, very atmospheric, beautifully furnished. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The location was perfect, in the heart of the old town, but in a quiet street

- Amazing interiors in the hotel
- Air conditioning in my room was broken and the reception guy promised to fix it during 2 nights of my stay there (not tried to fix, but just promised). Without windows in the room it’s uncomfortable to sleep without air conditioning.
- Super loud area in the hotel lobby. You hear literally every sound.
- No hot water on the 2nd floor. Yes, only cold water or a little bit warm.
