Fabulous room - very spacious and well equipped with all the extra little bits and pieces you may need. Staff were very friendly and welcoming in every area of the hotel (reception, breakfast etc), and went out of their way to help with anything we may have wanted. Location also perfect for the old town, which the hotel sits on the edge of. Breakfast offered a good selection and overall would rate the hotel as excellent and would highly recommend.

I had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. I would like to highlight the staff from the reception which were super kind, helpful and always welcoming me with a smile.

Prijazno osebje, velika in lepa soba, vse zelo čisto, skratka odlično. Z veseljem se bova vrnila še kdaj v ta krasen hotel.

Very good overall. I would have liked some cream stuff at breakfast, and maybe a swimming pool instead of a gym and sauna that no one uses anyway. Also, the shower was so open that flooding the floor was inevitable. Oh, and too much paperwork at checkin.

Ottimo nel complesso, ma potrebbero migliorare la doccia (troppo aperta), colazione (parte dolce), e magari mettere una piscina invece di servizi che non usa nessuno e son sempre deserti. E troppa burocrazia al check-in!

The hotel is in an excellent position close to the old town. The rooms are spotlessly clean with hand sanitizer in areas that require hand to be sanitized like lifts and reception . The staff make you feel so special and nothing is too much trouble , the manager Tiago is absolutely a credit to this hotel he is professional, kind and leads a very focussed and attentive team. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and everything was laid out beautifully . The breakfast room was spotless and very inviting with a beautiful Christmas tree that made you have that nostalgic feeling about the hotel and Bratislava. I will recommend this hotel to anyone .

Everything. It was spectacular

The staff were so professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast had everything you wanted and more. Our room was huge! I could've spent the night in there and not come across my travelling companion!!! Everything was spotless and it smelt divine! It was just perfect. Oh and let's talk about the quiet - I've never slept so well away from home. It was so quiet!

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, sauber, mehr als genug Platz und sogar ein Balkon dabei. Beim Frühstück war für jeden was dabei und es war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und sehr zentral.

Für mich persönlich wäre angenehmer, wenn im Bad nur eine Dusche ist statt einer Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit wäre. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.

We liked the spaciousness of the rooms. Terrace in the second floor of our penhouse was amazing...

Penhouse: first floor windows you can't open because it is locked. There was not enouth fresh air in the rooms...

We loved everything - very spacious room, a few minutes walk to Old Town , huge choice of food and drinks in the breakfast buffet . and the staff were amazing - very friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend either for a business trip or holidays .

5 stars accommodation in quiet and central locations.very closed to all tourist attractions. The rooms are vary specious and fally equipped.

The largest hotel room I've ever seen. Very comfortable.

Friendly staff, huge rooms (we were told they are among the largest for hotels in Bratislava) and very clean. Good wireless connectivity, two big screen TVs connected to the network (we could stream videos from our laptop). Very nice bathroom, with large tub and bidet. Good breakfast too.

Just nitpicking: very slight noise from the trams outside, but not a real issue.

cleaning not professionally done. used tea cups were not replaced. side table not cleaned. defective remote had to replaced. during stay is 4 days Inhad to re-activate my room key 8 times

Location was excellent for the Old Town and a very good breakfast- lots of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The bed was somewhat hard but not a great issue.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with high ceilings and so much space. It was very clean and a great location. the staff were also super friendly.

I don’t want to say anything too negative but the bed was very hard, o did ask for more pillows which helped a lot.

I would have like a clearer understanding on if they where going to straighten up the room each day, what didn't happen, as i had no idea by not putting a sign outside they didn't come in to clean ... any other hotel I've been to, and there have been many...they always come in to clean but only if you put the sign outside do they NOT come in 🤔
