- friendly and efficient staff
- wonderful restaurant. Discounted “graduation menu” available for families who were in Donegal for ATU graduation ceremonies. Food was fantastic, service was prompt and excellent value for money
- bed was very comfortable
- breakfast was beautiful.
Would highly recommend the Silver Tassey to anyone visiting Letterkenny

The cleaniness of the room, food and staff were lovely.
Rooms were very warm as the weather wasn't acting like weather does at Halloween. Very dark furniture in the dining room...maybe a more modern update is needed.

We ate dinner here also and really enjoyed the food.

Shower in room 226 is sporadic, gushes of hot and cold. Dangerous !
Lighting in the room is dark. one of the lights over the bed is blinking on and off when switched on. Couldn't have it on because of blinking.

Assumed it had a pool as it had spa but that was my fault for not checking.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel is perfect and within a short drive up to the coast

The lobby is wonderful, cozy and warm. The staff is very kind and always available. Our room was big, warm and comfortable.
The restaurant's food was great. Also the cocktails. Highly recommend for a romantic escape and also for families.
The shower was the only thing we would change in the room, as it's a bit old with no adjustable shower head.

The beds were comfortable and the toilets are huge. We had the room with 3 beds for 3 of us. Front desk staff were friendly too. Just don’t ask for extra plates. We had the plates put down really hard on our table when we did by a young wait staff. Breakfast was good though.
The road noise was pretty loud at night. Sunday roast wasn’t tasty.

The late check in as I was at a wedding. The room was very clean and tidy and also great value for money. Breakfast was also prompt and good value

Camera un po’ datata ma comoda, albergo in posizione tattica per visitare i dintorni. Colazione buona e varia, sia irlandese che continentale.
Nulla in particolare, forse come ho detto prima, andrebbe un po’ “svecchiata” la camera

The food was very good. There was live music in the bar both nights which was excellent.

We booked a double room for my birthday and when we arrived into our room it had a double bed and two single beds, a sofa , round table and chairs . They provided a lovely message for my birthday with a cheesecake dessert which was a lovely touch and surprise. We had a beautiful meal downstairs in the restaurant . breakfast was served quickly and also beautiful
not so much didnt like but as it was a friday & easter week there was no band or singer in the bar which was disappointing as we were planning on staying in front bar for few drinks .

The very uncomfortable bed me and my partner left with sore backs after spending one night there in a very uncomfortable bed.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay. My husband and 6 year old son.

lovely food
very dirty room bathroom and carpets very dirty one coffee cup and dirty kettle very dated room. lots of activity and noise in corridor untill 2 am didnt sleep at all. bed was comfortable but very small. will not return or recommend. atho staff was lovely and nice location
