The location is stunning with easy access to attractions. Check-in was smooth, the owner was friendly and responsive.

Upon arrival, it was evident that the apartment had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. Visible dirt, dust, and grime were present on surfaces, furniture, and flooring, suggesting a lack of attention to detail by the housekeeping staff.

The location is amazing. Right on the waterfront.

The apartment looked very worn down and was dirty. There was dust everywhere. The floors felt grimy. We felt dirty being there. Our kids slept in a loft and there was no fan and it was extremely hot. They couldn't sleep because it was too hot in the loft. Not worth the money. Also, the filter on booking says that it has parking, but that is not true. There is no parking spot associated with the apartment. Public parking, however, is easy to get to.

the central location in the historic district, bedroom windows opening out over the river below. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, well insulated and warm.

no lift for our suitcases ( but also understand this isn’t always possible in the old buildings).

The location was good, everything else was terrible

We feel that we have been totally mislead with this property, we paid a premium price for the one night, and did not get what we paid for. The host did not return my wife's call regarding the wi-fi not working, so we had not internet for our stay. Our issues: - Property was not what we expected as it was barricaded with temporary fencing due to the building being renovated, we didn't even think we could get into the place as it was a construction zone, it even had a crane set up near the front door!! - Wi fi did not work. Host was notified but problem was not rectified. - Our view from our balcony was obstructed by scaffolding - We didn't receive entry instructions via email, it was only when I downloaded the booking.com app did I find the information. - There was an industrial power board in the entry hallway and a power cord running from the front door to the 1st floor near our entry - We called you 4 times between 4:39 and 5:08 with no answer, on the 5th time at 5:21 you answered and we advised the host of our issues with the property. She phoned us back advising us there were no alternatives. - Front door to the apartment looks like its been broken into, door handle is loose and feels like it's going to fall out of the door. - Kitchen tap (flick mixer) is badly installed, moves around and looks as though itss been added as an after thought - Skirting boards falling off wall - Flooring "gappy" and looks like its been done quickly and cheaply. - Curtains have holes in them, they are block out curtains but they let beams of light in through the holes.
