Breakfast was okish

Room was super small. Very noisy and dark. Could not open the curtains due to neighboring building proximity. Bathroom super small, had to squeeze around the sink to close the door. Not at all pleasant. Old/tired style. Poorly maintained.

Modern hotel with good bath and very nice breakfast.

limited parking spots, I had to leave my car on the street since there were no more parking spaces inside the property. also, the third person in the room only gets a sofa bed that’s firm and uncomfortable.

It is a good place for stay a couple of nights. It has exceptional breakfast. And the restaurant is very good and open until late.

We didn't like that there was no place to refill a water bottle so we had to buy plastic bottles which was very annoying since it contributes to the plastic pollution already a big problem in the island. It is a little effort to put a water refill station in the hotel that will reduce the use of hundreds of plastic bottles We send our clothes to wash they were perfectly washed and ironing however they send each piece in a different plastic bag (about 20 plastic bags) for a few pieces of clothing. It is unnecessary and it should stop.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast OK, but one day the cakes were old.

Room very basic and ICE cold. They gave us a little heater - when we asked - but it took 36 hours to get warm. Having a sink and fridge is NOT a kitchenette. There was not a single plate, a spoon, a cup, NOTHING. The first room they gave us had no electricity and a broken safe. Maintenance has clearly had a low priority. The bedroom was extremely small. The sofa was old and about to fall apart. There was one chair at the table even though it was a double room.

Breakfast is very good and location is super convenient.

Internet got a lot better, but still unstable and slow.

First, the staff, friendly, polite and very helpful. We checked-in just after mid-night and on the other day we needed a taxi (Uber failed since we had 3 big suitcases): reception team promptly ordered one for us. Location was very convenient since we had to move to a close by place.

No comments. It is a basic hotel, not expensive and adequate in our case.
