Very clean facility .

Breakfast was great, eggs where different everyday and friendly staff. It was 7 min away from downtown and the marina. Bus stops in front of hotel for about 2 dollars.

Wished all the room had access to good views. The rooms that don’t have a nice view maybe add a little garden/flowers. It would also be great if the had a hotel shuttle.

i booked a room with a balcony and hammock just like in the photos for the room, when I arrived my room had no balcony & no hammock plus the beds weren’t made and as soon as I sat down they were super hard so I went to the front desk after spending 2 minutes in the room and asked for a refund they said they would look out for the booking.com message to grant it. I believe his name was Juan. (I’m Hispanic as well we spoke in Spanish). booking.com then sent me a message saying they declined the refund request. terrible customer service from this hotel that I got charged 4 nights for even though the room wasn’t as pictured and only spent 2 minutes inside after I decided to book elsewhere. extremely disappointing.

Really nice location to be fair, very close to the downtown, beautiful swimming pool for relax, decent breakfast is also a highlight. It definitely worth the price.

1. The room in general is a bit outdated, some rooms are closed to the pool and can be really loud in the evening, 2. WiFi is not so stable..

The hotel is nice and clean I was in room 118 in from of the swimming pool nice patio and pool view, very quiet the only thing was the location there is no many restaurant or places to walk the only way is to go by taxi or Uber to the Marina or downtown but probably will stay again because the place is nice and quiet.

The pool was nice, the restaurant was good, my room was comfortable. I enjoyed the place! I needed to decompress and I did just that 😁

You really need a car or expect to pay in Uber and cabs to get anywhere. Not walking distance anywhere aside from across the 6 lane highway to a couple of places that were nice, but no crosswalk. However, I did cross and so do locals, but at your own peril.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The patio has a hammock and a private enclosed area. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Pool area was beautiful. Staff seemed really friendly and helpful. Is located away from the heart of San Lucas, but made for a quiet location. Was easy to catch an Uber into town

Rooms have some wear and could use some freshening up. Our patio door didn’t lock and there wasn’t any instructions on how to use the safe.

The free wifi was lousy. It kept dropping connection in the room and it would not auto-connect we came back to our room.

one of the managers seemed to be less nice, although not unpleasant. she could put a happier face on considering she’s in hospitality.

It was absolutely beautiful and the staff was friendly and courteous. Can't wait to come back.

Pool and designs the art

Nice room, comfy beds, cozy common area and pool. Restaurant in the hotel was also good. Netflix in the room!! Hammocks on the balcony were amazing! The quality I got for that price exceeded my expectations by far.

Wifi is very poor - be ready for this! You need to Uber to the beaches. It is generally not a problem at all. Uber comes within a couple of minutes and is cheap.

Nice breakfast and courtyard area. Parking nearby. Staff helpful. liked the balcony and water provided.

Some road noise. Asked for quiet room and farther back. Room given close to front.
