Room was spacious and clean. View was also exceptional.

Pillows were horrible and need to be replaced. Also, smoke from the other room's balcony comes into the hotel room when sitting out on a balcony or have room window open. So, I recommend just ban smoking on premises to make sure other non-smokers dont get bothered by it. Or, please consider creating a designated smoking / cigar lounge to accomodate smokers and add this to your list of accomodation.

De prijs kwaliteit is oke. Er is een leuke bar waar je nog een drankje kunt doen. De kamers zijn verouderd maar voldoen.

Parkeren is slecht geregeld, parkeergarage van het hotel is erg laag, en parkeren voor de deur is lastig. Personeel wou niet meedenken.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und macht von außen einen guten Eindruck. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Bad war sehr sauber.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und wirkt sehr düster. Das Waschbecken hatte einen Sprung und das erste Wasser war rostbraun. Der Wassereinlauf in die Badewanne war verstopft, so dass das Wasser sehr langsam lief (nach 20 Minuten stand es 10 cm hoch). Der herbeigeholte Mitarbeiter hatte keine Lösung. Das Haustelefon war nur Deko und funktionierte nicht (angeblich im ganzen Haus nicht), in unserem Zimmer war der Stecker defekt. Eine Lampe funktionierte nicht. Der Schlauch an Dusche war defekt.

Ausgesprochen freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Parkgarage pro Tag 10 e sehr angenehm ! Gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück , angenehme Frühstückszeit ! Sehr nahe an der Fußgängerzone und Bahnhof !

Rezeptions Personal, beim Empfang am Nachmittag Hatte wohl keine Lust auf Gäste , er erschien Lustlos ! Das Restaurant am Abend hatte nur eine Menü Empfehlung , keine Menü Karte ! , muss man mögen ! Beim Frühstück musste man sich Besteck und Servietten selbst holen , es wurde nur abgeräumt !

Die Sauna, der Kaffee zum Frühstück sehr gut, Frühstück allgemein in Ordnung

The location was great… a couple minutes walk to the train/bus station and to all the restaurants and shopping

Not having A/C and only a small window that opened to get fresh air in was a negative.We did go to the front desk and ask for a fan which fortunately they had one to give us.

Breakfast was very tasty. Location was near the train station. This hotel worked out very well for me.

- the staff didn't care about anything: they were very unfriendly and had a passive aggressive vibe, you couldn't call the reception (won't pick up), the tables weren't set at breakfast, nobody was interested to help us getting knife & fork; - breakfast itself was not good: small variety, not very fresh food from my point of view; - they deactivated our cards already 15 minutes before checkout time limit, I don't know if this is intended but we needed to ask the cleaning staff (the only kind people there) to open our room again in order to get our luggage; - I wouldn't go there again, there are much better places to stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen - the room wasn't clean enough

Located just 3 minutes walk from the Zugspitze bahn, so very convenient. And it is in the center of Garmish-Partenkirchen to walk around center of the town. Breakfast is very good with variaty of food and fruits.

Nice clean hotel near railway station, few blocks from city centre. Room was basic, but there was enough space and bed was okay. Breakfast very good.

Staff could have had more information about walking trails. We asked for advise and had very unclear advice.

Good location near the station, town centre and sports facilities. This was my second visit and there is nothing to fault. Good clean warm rooms and friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Steam sauna was not working and personnel was not able to explain why?! Hotel management was not supportive showing 0 flexibility regarding stay. Due to emergency situation I have to check out 1 day earlier but the Hotel refused to reimburse for that! I was occupying 2 rooms for 6 days and that is simply not fair treatment. I booked the whole stay through booking.com and they fail to help either. I felt like robbed. I informed them few days in advance that due to emergency situation I'll have to check out earlier, so they can re-rent the room, and I did. Regardless they were informed in advance and the room was emptied they charged me for this night refusing any discussion on the subject. They just said you booked it for this period, reservation was fixed with no possibility to change anything so you have to pay!!! I am, was traveling a lot across the world and never experience such greedy, unfair approach. They proved 0 understanding and flexibility towards their customers following the principle "you reserved so you must pay"

Our Superior room was spacious and had an abundance of storage space. Very good breakfast buffet spread with large variety of cold meats, sausages, breads and salmon. The stop where we could take a free ski bus to the nearest ski slope was also nearby. And we rented our skis and ski boots from the ski depot at that slope and utilised their lockers, costing 8 euros for a couple, to store our skis and boots overnight so as not to have to lug them back to the hotel.

Stayed in this hotel cause I got a nice deal and it was sooo worth it! Amazing breakfast, nice spa area and the common spaces are cool and modern. My room was clean and comfortable; there was a bathtub, mountain view and coffee maker = perfect! Breakfast and check-out until 11 on weekends, super friendly staff. Vielen dank! 😊

Steamroom in the spa was out of use. No free parking. Thin walls, got woken up by the cleaning lady hoovering the room next to mine rageously before 9.

Perfect location for exploring the area and its activities, while staying in comfort and style. I particularly liked the online efficiency with our pre check-in process and the overall ease of communication with this property. Excellent breakfast with a variety of tasty options. Great place for a 'home base'.
