Das Personal war sehr Freundlich! Das Frühstücken ist für den Preis absolut in Ordnung.

Es gibt zwar Parkmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel, jedoch sind diese immer mit einem Stückchen Fußweg verbunden. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet aber leider überhaupt nicht sauber! Auch im Hotel selbst war es nicht sauber. (Flur, Eingang,…)

Das Personal war eindeutig sehr gut beim Empfang . Der Service beim Frühstück war nicht zu toppen. Es wurde an alles gedacht, man war sehr freundlich. Vom Service war ich echt begeistert. Würde wieder dort buchen.

Es ist wohl bei jedem anders, und deshalb nicht unbedingt als Kritik zu sehen. Das Bett hatte eine für mich zu weiche Matratze, aber noch viel schlimmer fand ich das enorm große Kopfkissen, dass überhaupt nicht mit meinem Kopf kompatibel war. Meine Frau hatte das gleiche Problem.

Breakfasts was ok . Staff also good

It was extremely cold .we came with 2 small kids and it wasn't good although we put heating on even next day we wake up in cold rooms. Room temperature I presume was same like outside . If the hotel new about small children they should hear the rooms before. This was not pleasant experience and we won't stay there anymore only because of this .

Nice location of the hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. Good wellness area.

Having the toilet directly in the room in something you need to like ... we did not appreciate this feature too much.

The scenary around the hotel takes my breath away every time. You won't find a more thought out breakfast anywhere in Kassel. A belgian waffle maker, cereals, seemingly endless eggs and perfectly cooked bacon. The list goes on!

We absolutely love it how the hotel deal with any problems. Warranty NO stress , with such a hotel and such a staff there is always solutions for ever problem. Fully recommend !!
