Location was really good, close to the congress centre. Staff was really friendly and obliging.

I stayed in Hotel Charles on two separate occasions in April and May. The location is ideal- the city centre is within walking distance if one wishes and is very accessible by bus. The relevant bus stop is right outside the hotel and tickets are available from Reception Staff. The staff, both day and night, were very friendly and most helpful. There was ample choice for Breakfast and I availed of Lunch and Dinner on different days and was very pleased with the choice and quality. Overall, staying in Hotel Charles on both occasions was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent location, private indoor parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The room was very large and clean, but unfortunately without a balcony. A big plus is the hotel restaurant. I recommend.

Very good breakfast. We visited also restaurant for dinner and it was very good. Big room with all furniture we need (fridge, TV, armchairs,..)

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was fine, location is also good, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel and bus tickets can be purchased from the reception. But the distance to the center/Buda castle is not the long and it can be done on foot.
