Location - excellent, 10 minute walk to the old town (providing you don't get lost in the maze of streets). Tram stop (and the tram system is first rate), just along the street from the hotel. There is a big shopping centre close by, plus a small selection of bars and restaurants. Welcome - the young lady who greeted us was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the city. Breakfast - very good. Excellent value for money. Room - we asked for a quiet room and that is what we got.

No fridge or kettle in the room - however, I did pay extra for the latter and tea, coffee, sugar and powdered milk was replenished daily. No real problem with this, although it would have been good to have a fridge so we could have fresh milk. Also one day I asked if we could have some extra milk sachets and was told it was not possible. Bathroom - although exceptionally clean it looked tired.

Breakfast is excellent and the location is great, just next door to the Palladium shopping Centre and a few minutes away from the most important touristic objectives. Locked parking and very kind staff. Veronika welcomed us and helped with all possible advice. City map available at the reception. We would certainly come back.

it was only a 5/10 min walk into old town. there was also a lot of bars, restaurants and shops on the road.

The hotel corresponds to 3 stars, do not count on more. I would like to praise the staff, at the first request they performed everything and were very kind. I would like to note a good breakfast in the hotel.

Unfortunately, the first impression was spoiled by the fact that the bed linen was not clean. It was not changed for our arrival. Very annoying was the low water pressure in the shower and the lack of a removable shower. I really want to get under a good pressure of water upon returning to the room, but it was not feasible.

the wifi was very bad. kept on disconnecting i am a muslim and there were beans and tomato sauce on the menu. i asked the server if it had meat, she said no. when i took a bite, there was a chunk of meat and another server confirmed my fear - it had meat. i felt really bad

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the city centre. The room was nice and the bed was so so comfy. I appreciate that every day they changed towels and cleaned the room. Different variety of breakfast was served with good quality. Everyone will find something tasty.

The coffee was terrible. I would recommend investing in the new coffee machine.

Location in old town is really nice. Good size room. Decent breakfast. All in all an excellent choice for a mid budget weekend trip.

I'm quite picky when it comes to blankets and pillows. I was here in November and the blanket was so thick and heavy you might think it was made for arctic conditions. The room certainly wasn't cold so I don't get why anyone would need such a blanket. Then we have the pillows. Fluffy until you rest your head. Then they become paper thin. No substance. Needless to say I didn't sleep good.
