Os quartos não tem frigobar

Very close to Central train station. Bedroom was comfortable for one night, with enough space for a few bags. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Check-in was easy, and they let us do it a couple of hours before the official time.

The bathroom and bedroom are really worn-out, needing some fixing and refurbishment. The windows didn't close properly. The shower tap was broken, making it really difficult to regulate temperature. The cleaning ladies had a storage room next to our room, and at 5h30 am, they were doing quite a bit of noise taking things in and out to start the working day.

Molto vicino alla stazione centrale, ed è molto comoda

Bisogna uscire ed entrare in un altro palazzo, in caso di maltempo è molto disagevole, non mi è piaciuta l’ascensore veramente molto stretta, per me che sono magro ci entravo a pelo

Le seul point positif c’est que c’est proche de la gare et des transports en commun . Et pour le personnel sa dépend de qui est à l’accueil ( la femme correcte mais laisse autre sa laisse à désirer)

Les chambres le buffets ne ressemble pas à ce qu’on voit sur les photos rien à voir . L odeur de moisissures. Chambre vraiment étroite même pas de place pour le passage à la douche . Pomme de douche fixe donc pas du tt pratique la deco rien à voir avc les photos .ah oui le point que j’ai détesté le plus c’est qu’on ce fait contrôler à chaque fois qu’on rentre ou on sort de l’hôtel et quand on sort on vous demander de laisser les clefs de la chambre à la réception .

Ośrodek jest bardzo czysty, obsługa miła i pomocna. Zgłosiłam problem z brakiem wody zareagowali od razu. Lokalizacja jest najlepsza z możliwych! Dosłownie 150m od stacji metra, z ktòrej w 10 minut dojedziesz do ścisłego centrum. Jestem bardzo zadowolna. Wystròj hotelu ròwnież dobry. A także udało mi się zalogować do hotelu szybciej niż check-in aby odświeżyć się i odpoczać przed zwiedzaniem:)

Arrived really late, stayed first night and then checked out immediately in the morning

Bedroom door had been kicked in, rooms were old with a horse blanket on the bed. Light in room came on and off on its own without touching switch. It was disgusting.

Много близо до гарата, което е удобно при трансфер за ранни полети. Става за непретенциозни пътуващи, които няма да се задържат много в хотела

Много тясна баня с изключително клаустрофобична душ кабина. В стаята липсваше вратата на банята.

Very noisy, hear everyone speaking in corridors. Every room door closing, every toilet flushing and building works ongoing since last visit one year ago. No hot water to shower or wash

The hotel is a short, easy walk from the Central train station.

The receptionist when we arrived at night didn’t tell us that if we paid with card they charge us taxes. So we payed more money that the price you see on booking Also they let our door open every time they cleaned

The hotel was very conveniently situated for access to Milano Centrale station. It was very quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were courteous and welcoming.

Good location next to Central Station and metro.

Poor breakfast and not enough food items for all guests. The bed was very uncomfortable. We found the sink drain with a hole, and water was leaking, evidence that there is poor maintenance.

rooms were at back of building elevator was as small as possible to fit 2 persons with 1 carrry on bag, open with special key to operate as seems residential very very old building

The lady at the reception was extremely nice

It took 10 minutes to get warm and hot water. TV didn't work. Beds were not comfortable and bed cover had stains which I will avoid explain in details.

There was this bald (I have to mention this because all the other staff were great) male receptionist who kept on talking to me in Italian when I am clearly Filipino. He treats other foreigner guests with much more care. I felt like he’s being complacent because I am Filipino too. Don’t brag about your Italian speaking skills. I was not in Italy to work. I was on vacation. And his audacity to ask why I’m annoyed with him when he didn’t bother to help me with my heavy luggage when I checked in. The nerve!
