Loved the bar and its tapas at el Tabanco. Pool was lovely. Location is excellent.

Overzealous cleaners who would not observe the Do not disturb sign. Paying €3 per Nespresso capsule ( had been free all day in our Seville hotel). Ice machine never working properly. Creaking parasols not attended to. Not enough clarity about bar service from the hotel staff.

The period style of the rooms

I loved the location on the edge the old city overlooking the plains. There was an amazing choice for breakfast.

The property was in a great location with wonderful views. We were upgraded to the suite which was huge and for a family it was just perfect!

We stayed in the minimsuit. Fantastic och luxurious. Very clean and had everything you wanted. The bar and restaurant was ok. Breakfirstroom ok, but the juice was artificial (a land with oranges should serve fresh juice) . The restaurants open 20.30

no double glazing very noisy from the street. not a room as booked with patio and swimming pool side. no waste basket and tissues in room. parking in garage very narrow and limited spaces.

We loved the hotel, the layout of the rooms surrounding the courtyard was so we'll done. The seating in the central courtyard was so nice and relaxing. The staff were excellent.

Dates hotel. It was very tired and deserted. Everything looked old and worn down. The restaurant was disgusting-do not eat there. On a positive note….it has a nice location.

Lovely building in a good position in the historic quarter. Excellent views from the front of the hotel. The restaurant is separate from the hotel and the food and ambiance were both of a good standard.

There were no bar facilities between 17:00 and 20.00 hrs. which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. One of the rooms had no heating and on reporting this, the heating was fixed but then was not adjustable and could not be turned off ! The mini-bars in the rooms were empty. There were numerous minor faults in the rooms.

The location was great. The rooms were very spacious , clean and comfortable. Their buffet breakfast was excellent, it had everything. Their staff, from front desk, dining, to housekeeping, were all very nice. They had parking at the hotel, which was convenient for us.

Problem with keys, code cancelled if close to mobile phone, had return numerous times to reception to recode the key. No kettle for making tea/coffee, no fridge.

The location is great and the building is beautiful.

The breakfast needs improving. Most of it felt like big brands from the supermarket...

Amazing hotel, very clean and with a lovely smell. Perfect location in a fantastic town, so close to everything. Our room was big with a livingroom and a terrace. Very comfortable bed with lovely bedding. Very good breakfast. Safe parking. I can really recommend this hotel.

Restaurant at this hotel has a lot to be desired, when we arrived at hotel around 14hrs we decided to have some tapas at restaurant we were the only couple there the elderly waiter who served us was very pleasant and attentive, but the guy who stood behind the bar was just moaning about the hotels management and his wages, but since we ate well we decided to book a table for the evening. What a mistake that was, the bottle of wine we ordered which was an expensive one was warm the salad was the worst I've tasted but at least edible my wife ordered salmon which was turned back as for it wasn't cooked properly but when it was brought back it was lovely, I ordered a steak which I turned back because it was so tough that even with the best of knifes you couldn't cut, the elderly waiter asked me if I would prefer a fillet steak which was not even on the menu but I accepted, I've never seen a fillet steak like this in my life. I'd had enough so I asked for the bill, the waiter at least acknowledged my complaints and was very apologetic I told him it was not his fault as for his service was second to none. The only good thing out of all the bad was that I wasn't charged at all. Having said that I would have preferred to have paid and have a decent meal.
