Habitación amplia y cómoda y muy limpia. Con parking. Aunque sea 13,5 e la noche se agradece ya que está en zona azul y se puede visitar la ciudad andando. Recepcionistas muy amables. El ultimo día invitaron a un café con croissants.

Por decir algo, el precio del desayuno bufé, 13 e por persona. Hay cafeterías cercanas.

Foto’s zijn geduldig.op het oog ziet het er goed uit , maar in het echt is het een opgeschilderd oud boeltje .personeel is vriendelijk. kamer was niet echt zuiver, overal lagen haren .Ontbijt was redelijk, maar niet om over naar huis te schrijven , en dat voor €12 pp. We hebben onze hybride auto opgeladen ( wat ongeveer 2 uur kost)en moesten voor een volledig elektrische auto betalen . Dat kwam omdat dat het beleid was van het hotel . Er was geen tussenweg voor een hybride auto . Daar gingen ze over nadenken , maar of we nu wel €19 wilden afrekenen voor een volledig elektrische auto laden en parkeerplaats . We voelden ons wel een beetje afgezet. Al met Al geen fijn verblijf. En in Lleida is op zondag ook al niks te beleven.

Front desk staff were perfect and incredible helpful, particularly the young woman from Ukraine who went above and beyond sending us off with a coffee and croissant for the road. Thanks! The location was great for exploring the city.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. There was a space downstairs to work. It’s helpful to have parking right on site. The building is modern. Very large and comfortable shower with toiletries. Multilingual staff. Quite a few grocery stories and coffee shops nearby.

Booking.com said the parking would be 10,90€ but then the parking garage sign said 9€. When we went to pay, it was actually 12€. There also wasn’t a business center with copy center like the listing said. A fridge in the room would’ve been nice, and the air conditioning really doesn’t work well. Breakfast was too expensive (12€/person).

The pillow was a bit too thick for my taste, otherwise all was excellent.

The hotel was well kept en clean. The staff is friendly and helpful a specially Katarina. We loved option to park our car in the hotel parking, for a small daily fee. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were spacious enough for our 4 nights stay. And there was daily clean service of the room.

With the hot tempatures in august, for us it would add value, when the room had an small fridge or minibar. Not to big, just to keep some cans or small bottle of water cold. On the 2nd and 3th day the hotel was at full capacity because of Monegros fest. This caused some problem with not enough hot water for showering. But since it was very hot that was not a big problem.

Big rooms, very spacious. Clean. Good value for money. They offered us coffee and a croissant for free in the morning which was kind. Reception staff were friendly. The hotel was close the the centre as well.

Very polite and helpful staff, great location within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Parking onsite was great as we had a hire car. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Bathroom was in need of repair/update. Shower head was loose making it difficult to shower without holding it

Everything was just like we needed: 1..Compact but very comfortable room. 2. Very good buffet breakfast. 3. Very helpful and friendly staff. 4. Parking in the same building. 5. Location close to the town amenities.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very competent and friendly. They try hard to do a good job and they pull it off well. The location is good for accessing most of the shopping and retail areas of Lleida.

A luggage ramp to the hotel entrance would be helpful. As it is, guests have to lug their bags up a short flight of stairs. Not all fixtures, i.e. toilet roll holders, had yet been installed in renovated guest rooms.

We stayed here as we were just travelling through but needed a quick place for the night. The front desk (Maria) was VERY kind and nice! She gave us a great room, offered for us to pay later as we were hungry and tired, called the restaurant to see if it was still open (it was almost 11pm), and in the morning blessed us with a coffee and a little snack to go on our journey. The bed was super comfortable! We slept like babies—which isn’t always easy when you’re travelling. The receptionist (Maria) deserves a raise in pay! Very observant and attentive to her clients! There was also parking for around 10€ (although a little tight to get into it worked great). Also the receptionist told us where to eat and it had great food!

The hotel is renovating the lobby so still needs some work but there was absolutely NO noise. The room was nice and totally renovated. The location was close to many things but at night looks less appealing (but wasn’t unsafe).

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and made our stay feel very welcoming. The hotel receptionist, Catarina did all she could to ensure we had the best time in Lleida and her enthusiasm to assist and attention to our needs was very much appreciated

There wasn’t anything we could say that we didn’t like about the hotel.

Friendly staff, good location.

Wifi was terrible, I kept losing signal. Even using it at non peak hours the coverage was very poor. Also a lot of maintenance work going on in the hotel.
