It was the perfect place for a stopover when you just need a bed and a shower to keep travelling. Clean and 24 hours reception. Staff also very friendly.

We liked the situation of the hotel. We also liked the service and the fact that everyone was very helpfull. We also like it that there were plenty of places to eat.

It was all great.

We travelled via La Jonquera before, but hotel we had before had a lot more noise, This hotel/room was much better without all the noise. The restaurant downstairs (GBL the bistro - we did not want buffet) was very good. Good value for money and friendly staff.

Maybe a better coffeemachine but we do understand we can't excpect Barista quality for the 69 a night including breakfast ;-)

Very poor standard far from 3 stars. Ugly smell of tobacco in the room. Torn curtains. Hard beds on an unclean floor. Miniscule tv set. Location not recommended with sex and gambling places abundant.

We as a married couple was not looking for something like this, absolutely horrible and disgusting. I would not even offer this to my dog, as it would come home with infections/disseases.

Nothing, I would never, ever stop there again. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Truck drivers shouting and drinking outside below my window until 02.00am. Truck engine left running near my window all night until 04.30am,then started again at 06.00am Prostitutes shouting below my window until 02.30am. The male receptionist who checked us in couldn't have cared less about us. Asked him for coffee in the evening. just said no and walked away. The television in the room didn,t work, asked the receptionist to get it working, he pressed a couple of buttons, the TV came on, he left the room, immediately TV went off without us touching anything and never came back on again. It was supposed to be a disability adapted room, the shower head was about 4 foot off the floor and cemented in the wall, making it impossible to direct the water flow. No shampoo in the bathroom. I have stayed in some bad hotels but this one is by far the worst hotel I have ever been in. If anyone is thinking about stopping the night in La Jonquera, do not stop in the Hotel La Jonquera.

Perfect todo bien

Location was very good. Easy to reach from the highway. Airco worked in a very hot weather!

The room smelled of cigarette smoke of someone smoking there for 25 years Everything was a bit run down. Holes in the curtains, stains in the toilet seats, etc. Noicy during the night from the lorry drivers and party people outside All nignt long.

Convenient overnight stop when driving from Spain to Germany. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced.
