You could hear the music from the club next door until about 1am.

Great location, fantastic to have free boat trip to the island and use of the sister hotel with swimming pool, beach and water inflatables, and can charge food and drink back to your hotel bill. Plenty of restaurants and live music within 2 minutes walk.
It wasn’t really clear that we weren’t in the main hotel which was fine but the apartment we were in was very noisy in the early mornings from banging upstairs

Beach, breakfast, brunch and service
Room service need to be Chance the cloth. One cloth to clean everything is not the right way. Wine class needs to be change instead clean with a cloth.

Everything apart from our expensive room being above a loud bar playing music into the small hours every night. We were moved but no compensation offered as we have to claim through Booking.com. No one is helping.
Noisy room that we paid a lot of money for and had to move out.

The location right on the main square, a half block from the water and ferry terminal was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful and access to Sveti Nikola was definitely an added bonus! We only booked 1 night when we came in late on the ferry but the hotel held our luggage free of charge the entire next day after we checked out so that we could explore Porec before leaving. The free ferry and towel service at the resort and beaches of Sveti Nikola was awesome - we had a great beach day with access to all the convenient facilities!
The apartment was pretty basic and the shower small with no hot water. The weather was hot while we were traveling (mid - late July) - so a cold shower was manageable.

Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful. The hotel had great food and everyone should try omelet by Jela!
The beach was beautiful and short boat ride away.
This was our second time to stay at the hotel and it will not be the last.

Location couldn’t have been better. Right on the water and in the heart of Porec. The champagne breakfast/brunch was a really nice touch. The food was exceptional and covered everything we could want for breakfast.

Location in the center of a town with beautiful view. Breakfast on the level in very nice restaurant.
Small balcony fence but it is old building so it is protected.

we rented an apartment but it had no kitchen stuff like dishes, cutlery etc to make a meal so it was just pointless

We stayed in one of the six apartments attached to the Valamar Riviera Hotel - ours had two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and was situated on a lovely square a couple of minutes walk away from the hotel. It was spacious with views of the square, very well decorated, furnished and equipped with a large dining table, lots of shelves and wardrobe space, dishwasher and washing machine and washing liquid etc. The small internal balcony was useful for drying clothes. We enjoyed taking the free boat out to the nearby island owned by the Valamar group with free use of the excellent facilities there. We only stayed 2 nights but it would be a very comfortable place to spend a week. Parking is on the outskirts of Porec with well organised transfer to the hotel. Porec is a lovely historic town with its UNESCO listed C6 basilica, attractive surroundings and lots of potential day trips out.

Nice spacious master bedroom. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Location smack dab in the heart of Poreč old town.
Aside from the noise nuisance that came from the upper floor everything was lovely. The front sliding door is a bit odd to lock.

The apartment was ready at 14.40 instead of 14.00. Because of that, we were late to the wedding which was a sole purpose of our trip.
