This is a great family-run small hotel. Everything was great, some of the highlights include the nice bathroom, the spotlessly clean room, and the great location literally 10 meters from the beach. Ms. Sophia, the owner, was very helpful with everything we needed and she cooked the most delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel, it is great value for money and I would certainly return if I went back to Naxos. A couple of extras which made our stay even more comfortable: beach umbrellas were available for the customers to take to the beach and parking space just outside the hotel was available which is quite convenient if you have a car.

tutto straordinario: camere stupende, colazione fantastica fatta in casa con prodotti tradizionali greci sia dolci che salati preparati ogni giorno da Sophia. Accoglienza straordinaria, quella tipica greca ormai persa nella globalizzazione e nella modernità. Esperienza di Grecia autentica, super consigliato a tutti, sia famiglie che coppie. Spiaggia stupenda attaccata a pochi passi con ristoranti e taverne raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Inoltre posizione strategica molto tranquilla, seppur la Chora di Naxos è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Bagno meraviglioso con ampio box doccia e prodotti da bagno in omaggio di altissima qualità (prodotti all'olio d'oliva fatti in Grecia). Per quanto riguarda la camera, letti comodissimi, camere rifatte ogni giorno con cambio asciugamani, anch'essi sempre profumati e morbidissimi, comfort della stanza davvero elevatissimo per gli standard greci delle Isole Cicladi. Infine, ampio terrazzo con stenditoio ed ottima vista e la chicca finale una canna d'acqua per pulirsi dopo la spiaggia. Anche nel patio è presente una fontana per sciacquarsi. Stanza colazioni davvero bella, parti comuni molto curate e sempre pulite, ed anche i dettagli delle camere (come le luci soffuse) davvero moderne, curate e di ottimo gusto. Se tornassi nella fantastica (e poco rovinata dal turismo di massa) Naxos col suo turismo tipicamente greco, non avrei dubbi a soggiornare di nuovo all'Hotel Ilion. Consiglio a tutti Naxos e questo albergo in particolare per chi vuole avere la spiaggia a pochi passi senza rinunciare a pace, comfort e relax assoluti. Efcharisto poly Sophia

nessuna pecca, solo il prezzo un pò alto ma penso sia dovuto a Booking...i prezzi ogni anno aumentano vertiginosamente, in ogni caso il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che accettabile considerati i servizi da hotel a 5 stelle della struttura ed all'accoglienza calorosa di tutta la famiglia di Sophia.

The host and service was impeccable. Felt more like home than a hotel. Breakfast was the highlight. Super clean rooms and bathroom, easy check In and out. It's more than value for your money..

Nothing, I cannot think of anything I didn't like about it.

The host is extremely friendly, the breakfasts she cooked were great (wondering why people don't mention it here much), you can even get the eggs cooked especially for you the way you like. The bed is big and comfortable (important for my back), AC working perfectly, the location is great -- beach, cafes, stores -- all close and at the same time it is a quite place. There is a mini-kitchen you can use to cook yourself. It takes 15-20 walk to get from the port -- easy to save on taxi. Highly recommend.

From the moment that we were greeted at the airport by Sofia, we knew that we had made the right choice for our accommodations in Naxos. Kind, loving and ready to make everything perfect, Sofia was there. Ilion is located a stone throw away from the beach and within walking distance of downtown. The facilities are immaculately clean. Sofia will also make sure that the breakfast counter is replenished with freshly cooked eggs and omelettes in the morning as you arrive for breakfast, which was, by the way, included with the price. We felt right at home and we would definitely stay here again.

Steps from the beach. Owners were very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean, bed comfortable and firm. Towels were plush and soft. Breakfast had freshly made eggs, homemade baked goods, yogurt. Dropped us off at the ferry which was a nice perk.

Fantastic location, close to a lovely beach and great restaurants but away from the busy port section. Rooms are comfortable, lovely bathroom and comfy beds. Staff helpful and great breakfast. Definitely recommend.
