Excellent location for getting around Paris. Very friendly and helpful hotel employees.

Room a bit tight for size

Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms. It is a well kept hotel with a lot of charm. Location was excellent, close to the main attractions in Paris. The room was quite small, but having said that, all elements in the room are thought through so it feels just fine for a few nights.

No hair conditioner available - Hotel provides a all-in-one hair and body wash. The bed was quite on the soft side - it is a matter of personal liking, but for me it was a bit too soft (and I am quite light).

I was expecting to something else when is specified 4 stars hotel, taking into account the prices used. We cannot compare this hotel with other 4 stars hotels In the world, this one is very low. Breakfast almost nothing to eat, rooms very small, the fridge in the room not functional, the wifi not functional, and is the first time when I used an elevator 60x100 cm :)). The personal of the hotel very very friendly.

it was wonderful — just as advertised. beautiful Boutique hotel. my room was gorgeous with a beautiful window.

safe was locked and I just needed to wait for someone to come and unlock it. No iron so I had to go ask.

Breakfast was too simple.

We had a terrible night due to mainly two factors. 1. The interior walls of the hotel are paperthin, which means you get no sleep when someone is talking, or taking a shower, or taking the elevator etc. Let alone having a small party on the room... 2. The employees of the hotel were not willing to solve the situation, in fact the night receptionist was sleeping and could not care less. The morning after we got no apology, no compensation + market items from the minibar we did not have. When talking to the manager he arrogantly told us that they did all they could, lied that they called the police and that they will not compensate us anyhow. He actually said that it's not the problem of the hotel when people are making noise during the night (after 10pm).

The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, the location is perfect close to the metro line 3, the district is very safe and there are a lot of restaurants and bars around

Nothing really that I disliked, my stay at Hotel Neuville was always great. I chose this hotel multiple times.

Room size

I like the decorations of the hotel but the room is way too small

I didn’t like the size of the room I didn’t like the fact that I booked a room with a view and got a room on the first floor looking at the backyard with literally no sunlight whatsoever
