Stylish, perfectly finished, welcoming.

+ The rooms were modern and nicely decorated + The sauna, indoor pool, and hot tub were wonderful + The breakfast was delicious with a good variety + There was "nine-pin bowling" available in the hotel which was fun + The Fitness room was great + The parking space in front of the hotel was convenient + The staff was friendly + We were informed about the wedding event in the hotel and were offered rooms far from the noise and crowd

- The cleanness of the hotel could be improved: the curtains, plates, etc. had stains on them. Besides, there was a dead mosquito inside a clean breakfast bowl, which could happen as the doors/windows are open, but it should be addressed by the staff who see it. - The outdoor pool was very slippery and green due to the pool algae, which resembles nature perfectly but was not what we wished for. - The air conditioner was not working properly and even though we had it set on 16C! it was really warm inside the room so we had to turn it off and open the window instead.

The room was perfect, service perfect except when checking in. Breakfast fantastic and grounds fantastic

The girl was not that helpful when we checked in. No information such as where to eat breakfast, what time breakfast should be, where the swimming pools are. I just signed and was given the room key. We had a mosquito in the room and my wife was trying to get it. At the top edge of the bed headboard (where nobody would normally see and cleaners would normally miss) it was layered in thick dust and dirt. I think this is something that you should take up with the cleaning staff but not a big deal for me.

the spa area should have a map or clear signs, it was kinda confusing. the quiet room of spa area is kinda dirty, one can see a lot dust.

breakfast was excellent and good choice. The restaurant served solid German cuisine and we especially loved the swimming pool with our little one. We also had a very quit night in comfy beds. We ordered a baby bed that was promptly in place without extra cost.

Nothing negative to report really. Corona restrictions were in place but that is Niedersaxen policy really.

The hotel is very amazing. Spacious and fantastically design room. Super delicious food and great bar. Also thank you to the boy from Bulgaria at the reception who always was friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back

Relaxing area, swimming pool, nice breakfast, value for money!

At first the employees exceeded our expectations: they called ahead about what kind of bed we wanted, very nice, we were surprised, at the location we didnt really think the employees where friendly: checking in and out, twice they made a mistake (we paid through Booking and the wanted us to pay again) and at the restaurant we didnt reserve and they didnt want to make an estimation when they would have space again outside.

Beautiful location in the woods nearby a lake. Our room was in ‘waldhaus’ which means house in the woods and that was so true. Really romantic. Good food, nice people
