In 4 verschiedenen Zimmern waren Würmer oder Ameisen an den Wänden und in den Betten

Clean hotel,friendly stuff,cozy rooms. Location is not in the city but very convinient if you have car to visit Parma 40min,Modena 40min and Regio Emilia 15min.

We had bugs in the room and when we wrote them they told us it was our fault because we left the windows open (we didnt)

We got spacious room, personal was friendly, breakfast was tasty.

There was strange smell when we opened windows at night, and the same smell came from air conditioning. I guess it was poultry farm or butcher. And it felt weird that we had a room with kitchenette (microwave oven, etc) that we couldn't use since we ordered room without kitchen.

The first room didn't match the description. Features were missing (bath-tub, kitchen) and it was dirty (trash like facemasks and smoking stuff in the drawers, windows with skin oil stains). Then I complained and I got another room the next day. The second room did match the description. However, the AC was both really loud and inefficient. The beds were quite uncomfortable with really thin mattresses and a couple of centimeters thing pillows. Sleeping in this condition was painful. The worst being awaken at 8 am by the vaccum cleaner of the cleaning people. When you arrive in the morning, there are garbage bags and shopping carts (!) in the corridors. They are used by the cleaning persons Last but not least, the breakfast was horrible and cheap. Not so many choices, not a buffet meaning you must ask for what you wanna eat to be served and you can only have a look for far away to see what's available. No hot meal (eggs, bacon) was available.

The size of the room was great, there was a small kitchenette in the room, helpful staff
