The mattresses in my room were rather old and relatively hard.

I liked the swimming pool, the beach area and the location.

Food hygiene, it's the main issue I had there as i noticed (cockroach) in the main restaurant for Breakfast/Dinner, and that can be seen in the attached picture, and i have mentioned this to the manager. Also, the noise from the music was very loud, and my 2 years old was struggling to sleep.

Very nice concept, all kind of sports and relaxation are available, nice swimming pools, lovely beach site and goed and healthy food .

the food corner is extensive but very massive. no romantic or cosy corners.

it did not bother my partner or I during our stay but it is very German centric for example we went to a pub quiz which was all in German, not even french or Arabic as an option.

High end all inclusive resort with all you can hope for and more. Good food, never ending activities, kids club, 3 pools, beach...

The hotel is just perfect. We stayed for two nights during our motorcycle trip around Marocco and Western Sahara. The stay was intended to load our internal baterries and have some rest after tiresome desert riding. There are two things I do not understand: why the hotel is not 5 star and why there are some opinions here on booking that are not "10". The staff, facilities and service are flawless. The food & drinks choice and quality is also very good. We booked two standard rooms and altghough I travel a lot I do not remember having such a big and well decorated rooms in any of the 5 star hotels I stayed in. Altoghether the stay was well worth the money spent. Congratulations to the management for such a great service level!

You should like the All Inclusive concept in general to feel well in such a resort for a longer time. Some of the guests may be annoying. Some can never be satisfied. And some will just live from one meal to another. Quite sad but for two nights we survived and then went back to Sahara :-)

It was one of the best holidays, everything was good, the staff are very friendly, food was too delicious, the shows, events and everything was satisfying for my stay at Robinson

Very German focus which meant that other guests could feel left out. A large group of us stayed there and on one evening we asked the DJ to play a song for us and his response was he had to cater to the German crowd - Shocking! And this is after the first night we arrived was a German themed evening.

Food was OK. Large variety but you still get that "all inclusive" food feel. Room had a great view of the sea. Family room was spacious and had a nice large balcony.

Our room was far from the restaurant and pool. The buggy service was hardly available. Reception wasn't very responsive to calls. On one night, there was a power outage for like 15mins. There's no room service. There are no restaurant options, just one restaurant for dinner. Dinner is for 2hrs only and ends at 9.30pm. After that no food anywhere in the hotel. Pool was cold.

The property was excellent, spacious and always a bed around the pool. Staff were happy and always went that extra miles for everyone.

Loved the totally relaxing environment, entertainment and facilities. The spa was lovely and relaxing, the pool was beautiful and lots of bar options from vibrant to cosy.

A personal issue but i would have liked more gluten free options available at the restaurants and better labelling of this. The staff didnt speak much english and didnt seem to understand the allergy so i was left to fend for myself a bit. Considering the wonderful array of options i would have loved better labelling of ingredients.

I recently stayed at the Robinson Hotel and was blown away by the level of service provided by the staff. The ambiance was fantastic and there was always something going on with the high energy mood trainers. The guests seemed genuinely happy and it made for a truly memorable experience. The accommodation was top-notch and the variety of food at the restaurants was amazing. To top it all off, the free spa was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend the Robinson Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
