Can't fault this place, everything was perfect. Staff, place, location, and cleanliness. They also had all those little extras that made you feel comfortable such as complimentary breakfast, extra pillows, makeup wipes and fluffy towels. We will definitely stay again.

Cleanliness could have been better in that the carpet wasn't great. Bathroom was clean
Shampoo and conditioner weren't replaced for the second day and neither was the breakfast kit which we thought was odd.
Tea bags weren't topped up either

I was expecting an old worldy place and the motel was terrific. My room was really big, the bathroom recently refitted and beautifully clean. Whilst I was in Wagga we had an absolutely freezing snap and the heating in the room was perfect. Bedding, work table and chairs, TV, fridge etc were all as good as brand new. The lady who greeted me at reception was lovely and it really did feel like country hospitality. The town centre is only 5 minutes walk and there were plenty of eateries even though it was a Tuesday night. I have never been to Wagga and I was really impressed wit h what a lovely clean and orderly regional city it is. There are also parks nearby and riverside walks. All terrific.
There were some very noisy guests early in the carpark on the second morning but that is nothing that the motel can control. It was a very lovely place and location.

When I arrived at 12.00 there was nobody at reception and I had to leave a message. When the person got back she said she would send a code to get in. This did not happen. We then needed to go to reception around 18.00 to gain access.

Very friendly polite staff, We had a large room, it was very clean with a comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom. and a lounge area. The complimentary breakfast pack was simple just cereal, fruit and juice, but a nice touch.. The motel is good VFM in a good location close to CBD. We would definitely stay here again.
No dining table and only one chair apart from the lounge.

Air conditioner did not work, spoke to reception and advised to remove batteries in remote leave them out for 10mins then reinstall. did nothing. So no heating.
Hot water tap in shower was nearly falling off. had to screw it back on. then the water was only luke warm.
Car park is very tight, especially if you have a bigger car like a Ranger and two ther work uts park close to you

Everything was OK - we ordered a balcony room and that is what we got. To be honest it was all a bit sad.
The carpet was loose with many ridges - it really needs to be re-laid or replaced. The door code entry is problematic when the phone contact isn't answered. We did arrive pre 2:00pm with a plan to park and find lunch but wasted 30 minutes trying to contact a person capable of approving parking etc. We do understand things have changed post COVID but if this is the future we will opt for accommodation with a genuine peopled reception.

Check in was smooth, everything was clean, breakfast was a nice bonus and bed was very comfortable.
The only thing we did not like too much was the sink that was chipped in the bathroom and the flaking paint in the shower.
This did not reflect the same quality as the rest of the room and was a negative to the other facilities they offered.
I know a bathroom is an expensive renovation but the one in the room we used is in need as it was the only negative.
