Sotia mea a fost cazata in hotelul Univers T in perioada 18-19.01.2024, 21-23.01.2024. Dezamagire totala! A fost mutata in 4 camere in aceasta perioada, prima camera fiind plina cu furnici si ramasite de chipsuri, a doua camera cu panoul electric stricat care suna toata noaptea, a treia camera cu noptiera care cutremura efectiv din cauza unei centrale termice aflata chiar langa hotel!!!! si sigur cireasa de pe tort a mancat din candybar ciocolata expirata!!!!!!! Am cerut sa ni se restituie banii pt aceaste 3 noapti, managerul a spus sigur, fara problema! De atunci tot asteptam sa ni se restituie suma!!! Rusine ce hotel aveti!

The position of the hotel is great and it has parking space. The room we took was a suite and there was enough space for one.

The hotel seemed to be under renovation works - like the biggest part of the property, but it was written no where. The personnel was nice but have no information on guidance or the room and rarely answered the phone. Worst thing is that AC worked really poorly and we couldn’t keep the windows open because of the noises outside. We ended up feeling like we slept in a oven. The shower was also clogged and it usually took 10 minutes to get hot water.

Poor Wi-fi. The bathroom is to small with no place for toiletries, the hotel is in renovation which means noise, bad smells and the stairs being closed. This means the whole building uses the same small elevator which broke one evening. There are often crumbs on the tables at breakfast. Even though the hotel advertises about the tennis courts on their pages, no one at the reception knows details about booking them.

Good location, nice landscape by the lake with own parking lot at a good price. Good breakfast. Clean, quiet room with lake view. The hotel is good to very good, but there are a few important things to fix: lobby access, reception staff effectiveness, breakfast staff training and checking.

Although close together rooms were expressly requested, we could get them grouped only after a long discussion at the reception desk. Very slow service at the reception upon arrival: 30 minutes to get room keys. Cigarette smoking smell on the room corridor. Breakfast service depending on the team on duty: extremely effective and polite service and full plateaux on some days, minimal care for customers on other days. Access to reception lobby by two flights of stairs, very difficult for elderly / disabled guests., elevator to lobby not working.

Although there was specified that the hotel has a sauna, it was not working. I specifically made the reservation because of the existence of the sauna!

Loved the location right next to the mall. Also, there are 3 supermarkets within the region. Walking distance to food trucks and coffee houses.

The parking was confusing. I actually left without understanding how it worked. Dont let that deter you though!
