We had a room that was around the corner from the front onto the fjord, however the view was great and I could see mountains and water while lying on the bed. The room has good size and excellent wi-fi. The breakfast buffet is great (and you get a great view). The restaurant meal options was offered with a semi cafeteria style, and our meals were excellent (served till 7.00, with limited offerings later). Alcohol is available if you ask.

The threshold step to the bathroom was disconcertingly high - hardly a big problem.

There was a restaurant on site which was great after a day of driving. Breakfast was also included and very much appreciated. Location was close to the airport so was an easy drive the next day.

A lift between floors would have been great but it was not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location, close enough to the airport but still has beautiful views. The staff were 1st class, offering to make us a packed breakfast as we had to leave at 5am. Great facilities restaurant etc and free coffee. Room was newly refurbished and beds were comfy.

Nice room, tv with option to watch netflix. Can't really say a lot as we arrived late and left early again! Haven't seen the surrounding in daylight.

Comfortable beds, wonderful location, breakfast, we had everything we needed.

The address was a bit confusing to us, but in the end we got where we needed with the help of the staff.

Hotel is conveniently located between Tromsø and the Lofoten.

The hotel is dated and would need major renovation. The quality of the breakfast buffet was as poor as the restaurant.

Our dog friendly room was not cleaned properly and both of us got allergic symptoms even though we have a furry friend of our own.

Easy to locate, good view if your on the sea side of the building. Quiet and generous size room. Can eat at the restaurant which is reasonably priced.

Being renovated. Stairs, no lift. Breakfast adequate, no replenishment, so if you have breakfast a bit later, you miss out on some foods. No toaster. Not the cute red buildings by the water as per the picture, the big 'truck stop' located up the top. Beds were not very comfortable. Just an okay kind of place.

I think it's a basic functional 'motel'. Everything is clean and the staff were good.

No hot water during late afternoon and early evening so a hot shower not possible until the morning. I paid £104 and although I had a view of the bridge I would suggest the place is of the standard of an English Travelodge (not Premier Inn).

Central location on the way to Lofoten, quiet room.

Breakfast was rather poor. They charged 300 NOK for our dog, the only accommodation on our trip to charge extra for a pet.

we had no hot water in evening came on in morning so assume it has limited capacity to deal with too many guests? strange on little details like no light by/over bed.
