Loved the location of the property, staff is very helpful at the front desk, Public bath also a good amenity to try. Room was good, I booked the one with Fuji view which was worth. Night gowns were provided, really relaxing atmosphere around the place. Had breakfast in the restaurant attached to the hotel, the pan cakes were just amazing. Highly recommend.

All great, just the check out at 10 am is too early, if you are tired the previous night, will be a stretched day for you.

We used this hotel for our sleepover after climbing mount Fuji. It was great, and the people at the reception helped me a lot with a few issues I had related to the climb. They truly were great! There are also a few shops and restaurants within a few minutes of walking.

Was one of the best places I've stayed in Japan! Had the absolute best and clear view of Fuji from the giant window in my room. The room was huge and had a great sized bathroom. Was very accommodating and comfortable for a solo traveller.

Lovely hotel. Fabulous location. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a Mt Fuji facing room, as well as adjacent rooms for our kids and were beyond thrilled! The view from the room was fo die for. So many restaurants, convenience stores and a mall just a stone’s throw away from the hotel. A pleasant walk to the station/ bus stop. The facilities were amazing - onsen, massage chairs, vending machine, coin laundry, computers, restaurant on-site. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

The double room bed size for 2 people could be a little bigger, but we managed just fine.

A comfortable and very spacious room with a coffee table and comfortable chair, a desk and chair, a kettle and a fridge. A good choice for a few days rest and as a base for sightseeing.

The only complaint I would make about the room is that there was a step up into the bathroom which may make it unsuitable for older people or anyone with mobility issues. The breakfast isn't suited for vegetarians or vegans. However there is a convenience store nearby and a microwave in the hotel for guest use.

The room is perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable. The public bath is amazingly soothing, and all the staff are very friendly including the housekeeper.

For non-driver, you have no choice but to walk 20min from train station. With a nice weather and nice view of mt.fuji im okay with the walk though.

Accomodation was clean and modern. We woke up to an amazing view of Mount Fuji, no clouds etc (your luck will vary). Definitely worth the little extra it cost.

You can see the Mt.Fuji clearly if you choose the room facing the Mountain. Amazing view. So close to Mt. Fuji.

perfecto. the staffs are friendly , the room is spacious, beds are comfortable, bathroom is spotlessly clean and well facilitated. public pools are very nice too. the view of the fuji mount from the room is just priceless. the first morning when i woke up, right before my eyes there she was. i truly enjoy my stays here and will definitely recommend to all my friends. will be back to this hotel for sure in the future !

the check out time is 10am which is a bit early for me. but you can definitely leave your luggage at their store rooms for sure

We missed breakfast because it finishes at 9am with the last entry at 8:30am. Way too early on a weekend.

Gorgeous view of Fuji, close to local restaurants and walking distance to the lake. The hotel room was a good size for Japan

I stayed two nights and wasn’t told about the baths. I only noticed the sign when I was checking out.

The hotel view is unbeatable! The staff is also very accommodating and gracious.
