The pool has very large surface area, the location is in between city center and the village Sirince.

Host is accepting visitors from the city just for the pool. So it becomes crawded, yet this is in the case just between certain time.

Everything: food, staff, location, pool, setup, eating area, sitting area in front of the rooms and the olives and James (all homemade by the owner).

Room needs a slight touch up.

The location is within 2 km from Selçuk but in nice mountainous setting and also about 4 km to Şirince...however, only practical choice if you have own transport. Car park space adequate but not immediately next to unit. The detached unit had kitchenette, fridge and kettle. Reverse cycle air cond kept it nice and warm even when it was almost 0 C outside. They had pool and detached dining area where breakfast is served. Friendly proprietor runs the place and lives at house there.

The bathroom only had sink but no counter space to put toiletries. Payment by cash only in Lira or Euro...charges are in Euro but conversion to Lira rate is quite bad so we paid by Euro. The proprietor seems quite busy running around doing other chores to attend to us much even though we're the only guests there.

The location was only about 5 minutes drive out of Selcut and the views from the site were great and the log looking cabins very good and the pool was another great plus and again the great views while swimming in that wow ! and lastly the breckfast was authentic Turkish and all the preserves were homemade and what a choice that was brought out each morning it was lovely to be given fresh produce of the trees on site I overpaid on checking out as I felt they were underpricing themselves its worth a bit more I think, so I left the good tip ..thank you.. Lastly I forgot to say that there is parking on site and the owner will help with any thing you need

The only down side for me was as the time of year that I went you were limited to finding a good place close to the pension to eat and the closest one we choose on the second day as good as told us to leave as they had a private Turkish party on never had that happen in all the years have been going to Turkey .Went to Serince the first night for a meal and the village was quiet due to a wedding going on though we were told we were welcome to go that's the real Turkish friendliness though it was a long day so we never did get the chance, so maybe take some food with you as we did have a working mini kitchen
