The location
The breakfast Is payed apart but there aren’t many options to choose. The bed was very unconfortable. The heating wasnt good, it was on only during the night but wasnt enough

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, clean and modern. It is a skiing apartment, not exaclty for couples. The village and the nature are butiful, Alpine style, not less than expected. A bar is few steps away, Cervinia is 5 minutes by car, parking is in front of the house. Unfortunatelly, we didn't meet the host, but they gave us proper instructions and directions, so we didn't have any difficulties finding it and getting accomodated. Generally, all recomendations.
Nothing related to the accomodation, but the fact that the village doesn't have a single store, like grocery shop. This means planning in advance.

so far from everything, we new that we are leaving in separate building, but we didn’t think that it will be so far from main building and we had to go up to shuttle bus, restaurant and so on.

Clean, good value, nice village and nice space. 10 min walk to the ski lift (the room was closer than the main hotel). The hotel let us stay late on the last day which was great
The heating or internet didn’t work for any of our stay despite it being -9c. Even after reporting this no one attempted to fix it. The kitchen came with a sign warning you had to pay if you hadn’t prearranged (this is very weird for an apartment). There was never any staff around. The building is being renovated and so there is scaffolding everywhere. The spa costs extra and the picture of the pool is not in the hotel which is misleading.

the bunker beds are small and not good for adults. This is not the miramonti hotel but an individual apartment managed by miramonti. Breakfast at miramonti that showed available in the booking conditions wasn t actually available. A big staircase(2 stories) external to walk down to the apartment with luggage and ski boots, equipment etz would not be good for non adventurous , older people

Daiana was very helpful! Rooms were warm and clean. Location was excellent for skiing and restaurants. Off street parking available for additional charge, but for us essential - parking otherwise tricky. Breakfast great value!

Room was clean, beds comfortable and the pillows were excellent. Location was exactly where we needed it and parking was good too. Restaurant on site too.
Somehow the dinner ended up being a) not what we ordered and b) more expensive than it said it would be on the set menu. It was good food though.

Nice, well equipped and immaculate rooms. Great location (short drive from Cervinia, a great place for hiking and skiing). Good wifi. Very good value for money!

leisure facilities were closed. Two free visits to pool was advertised and turkish bath was unavailable. We booked to have these facilities but on arrival was told this was not the case.
Not very helpful,the owner didn't seem particularly interested and blamed covid despite being 2 years on and other hotel pools all open .no other attempt was made to remedy this and reception often closed during opening hours,sent around in circles

It was a new area for us to explore and we had such a lovely stay. The accommodation had everything we needed. The town also had all the amenities we needed with regional food shops and restaurants that provided the Italian flavour. It was the basis of a great skiing holiday.
Nothing to dislike through our whole trip.

The location is superb, on the main road to Valtournenche (3 min) and Cervinia (15 min) ski lifts, where there is ample free parking. The property is clean, cosy and spacious. Good breakfast is served, but needs to be booked the day before. Sauna is a bonus after a day on the slopes. There is on-site parking and skis storage room with a drying rack for boots. Staff are great, welcoming and helpful.
The chalet would benefit from a few basic cupboard items like salt & pepper, tea/coffee. Also, if planning on cooking your own meals it is best to buy groceries in Châtillon before driving up to Valtournenche. Not a big issue as there are several really good inexpensive restaurants within walking distance.

We booked a two bedroom apartment, but when we arrived late at night we were given a one room bedroom without any information. After complaining we was given ta he apartment we booked two days after arrival. No apology or reduction in cost was offered.
