The location

The apartment I was allocated had no view of the pool despite paying for a pool view. When I complained I was moved into another apartment with a view but in an alley with no sun despite other better apartments being avaliable

Great location large apartment on the upper floor with balcony's. Supermarket next to apartments, stay was for 10 nights 2 towel changes and one bed change. Lovely pool area.

Very thin walls you can hear everything.

Phoned on arrival at main gate as per booking instructions. Was given code to main gate and was meet by a member of staff on entry. Staff member was very helpful and checked us in and gave us the code for the lock box which contained the keys to the apartment.

The pillows were not comfortable. Better / extra pillows needed.

The sofa was really uncomfortable. And the TV was tiny.

Location was good, close to supermarket and a short walk to El Cotillon centre. Nearby beaches of Playa De La Concha are simply superb.Superb sunsets especially if partly cloudy. First floor roomy apartment with balcony nice clean large fridge freezer, bed was very comfortable, no air cnditioning but not needed as the island is well know for its fresh breezes. Good 2 ring ceramic hob, new kettle and electric toaster supplied, wash up liquid, new scourer and dishcloth too. TIPS: You need 2 codes for access, one to the building etrance and one to the key safe box on the wall by apartment entrance door. Ask in advance and which of the many (8?) keys in the locked box actually fits the appartment door, saves time and frustration. Take wine glasses and a corkscrew with you (most bottles are not screw top) Bring a torch if planning a late night walk out of town, no street lights between El Cotillo along the road by the beaches to the lighthouse, footpaths appear and disappear in the dark.

Did not complain to otherwise friendlly and helpful TAO staff on site as did not want to offend, but clearly owners / senior managament can see for themselves what needs fixing:- No safe, no microwave, no fire / smoke alarm, kitchen work surfaces damaged and edge trim falling off. No kitchen sink or wash basin plugs, unblocked wash basing by removing "black hair monster", oven tray edges dirty, fridge plug dirty, balcony table and chairs soild, Shower tray edge joint missing (repaired with cement?), hand basin water pressure varies from a trickle to full on. Tin opener rusty, plastic spatchelor burnt, kitchen ceiling air vent soiled, corkscrew near useless. Room service was near non-existent with towels supplied 24hrs late on day 4 - one smelling stale and used towels not taken away, DIY bed sheets arrived on a table on day 5 - 2 days before leaving, room not swept by staff - presume that's why a broom, mop and bucket were supplied. A fresh coat of paint on apartment walls would not go amiss. No staff evening cover leaving another large group of guests with drinking glasses and bottles to use the pool from 9pm to 10pm, water cloudy next day - looked suspiciously not fit for swimming in.

Location great within walking distance of lots of great bars restaurants.

Beds where awful very very uncomfortable. As the so called 'settee in living area. Mould all over walls in bedroom. Real lack of comfort. Not enough pillows. Place needs a refurbishment!!

The flat was lovely, clean and welcome. Close to the beach. The best thing about this place is that you go downstairs and you pop in the supermarket SuperDino. I appreciate this a lot.

The only thing that little bothered me is that the Wi-Fi was not in the apartment.

Everything was great and we will be back for sure.

Water pressure in the shower/ hand basin / kitchen sink very low and cool . No information about entry into property.

All was fine. Overall score differs because it was OK Roses, chocolates, champagne, a marching band and petals strewn underneath our feet as we approached, might have been a tad too much but overall, as expected. The response to our one problem, broken boiler that tripped the electric switch so we had no lights, fridge or anything, was exceptional. All responded immediately. Electric fixed straight away. Boiler replaced within 2 hours. Would definitely come again and certainly recommend to others.

WIFI only in common areas was a bit of a problem but not that much. Staff not there when problem arose but they responded after a phone call and were there within minutes.

The bed sheets were threadbare and holed.

I booked incorrectly and was placed in a one bedroom room. I was with a male friend and after complaining I was given a two bedroom apartment without a pool view. I offered to pay whatever was necessary for an upgrade but was refused. During my stay there were plenty of vacent Apartments.

I asked for changes in sheets and towels over 2 weeks but they never arrived. Neither did toilet rolls.

very unkind Appartement complex, the kitchen has very limit equipment, don’t disturb the staff, NO wifi at Appartements at all, the Mobiliar is quiet old, to expensive for what you get
