The staff is friendly. The food was amazing. Near to the beach. It contain a great garden that you can sit to relax and enjoying the views.

The location of the hotel as its far away from the city. The water park is small and only for kids while it is necessary to have bigger one for adults. The view of room does not contain a pool view. The bathtub keep sinking and need to be fixed.

Everything was perfect. We had all available to us as needed for an amazing vacation.

Everything was perfect, couldn't complain. The room was very good, amazing variety of food for all meals, it was all inclusive so no worries. Kids have a lot of fun activities and ample of choices for 6 pools, beach, fun activities during the day and kids entertainment in the evening. All in all, perfect.

- Room was big enough and clean with almost no sound coming - Hotel personnel was very kind and polite. Specially waiters was very polite. - Pool was very clean, big and suitable - Beach was clean - Food variety was good and delicious. Sweets could be better and need to be improved.

- Very boring hotel. Zero entertainment for young population. It was like retairement hotel for +40. Mostly families were there - Almost no music close to pool, bar and beach - Almost all TV channels were freezing on television - Toilet ventilator was problematic. Was making very annoying noise - Water slider was very small and was designed for kids only - When first time we entered Lokum Pastane with pool clothes (we did not know we should wear clothes) we were warned agressively and unpolitely by male hotel personnel (I dont know name) - Billiard/game hall was closed - Game zones was empty. - Taxi and water entertainments were very expensive ( 40-50 euro minimum for each )

Staff/service was not brilliant

Very good pool area and a lot of space. Lunch and dinner are very good. And for dinner you can a lot of dishes, well prepared and tasty. Salads, meet, pide(pizza) and etc.. Staff is very easy going and friendly. Hotel is very clean and proffesional with covid 19. Everything is bright and very often cleaned, and there is no direct contact with people. Beach has a lot of sunbeds and space, but maybe because of covid 19 virus, on the beach was missing some activity. Still there is very good hotel beach bar there, which also serves lunch.

Drinks. Could be bit better included in AL. Juices are not so tasty. Also wine isnt good. Breakfast was okay overall but maybe it could be bit more interesting. WiFi is missing on beach bar on the beach.
