location 10/10

We were initially in an attic double room (22) with slanted ceiling that was uncomfortable for my tall husband. We were moved for our last night to a standard double on the 2nd floor which was excellent

the desk staff were friendly

small, cramped, low ceilings, tiny elevator and stair wells

the location was perfect and the hotel was wonderfully clean and comfortable. the staff were extremely helpful and informative about the area and Paris history and anything we needed. Eric the reception manager was like a new best friend and attentive to anything we asked.

Location was ideal in the heart of Paris! The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The terrace windows made the room feel much bigger.

Older hotel with steep stairs but the building is over 100 years old and historic, this is simply how things were built back then. Windows are noise insulated but those church bells ring on Sunday mornings you'll hear them, it adds to the charm of this beautiful city.

The staff, Eric, was so friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel was awesome as well since we were near the Louvre Museum and there were a lot of stores and restaurants nearby!

We were on the topmost floor so the ceiling was slanted. I bumped my head a few times. The lift was small.

Based upon its location we did not expect the entry to the property and access to elevators to be soooo tiny. Taking the luggage up was no easy task, although we were made aware that some hotel properties presented these features in Europe. i would have chosen a different property had I known. Thankfully, we were only staying one night and the room was at least very clean

The location is ideal, the room was warm and clean but best of all were the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, polite, helpful and happy

Great stay, great location and super helpful staff

Rooms were small but comfortable. Bedding and room and bathroom very clean and I'm fussy.

One of us were on crutches and another used a cane. So spiral stairs a little tricky. But for us other 2 it was great.

Location.

Stairs are way to steep. There is a lift but can only accommodate a person and a luggage otherwise has to bring luggage up multiple times. The lift is situated on the second level meaning you have to carry your luggage via the steep and awkward stairs.

This was our second trip to Paris this year (first in Spring, second in Summer). The location was ideal when we came for the Summer as we were in Paris for shopping this time. Had access to nearby metro, walkable to nearby cafes, restaurants and to the Jardin du Tuileres which was lovely as the theme park was on in the Summer. The hotel itself was clean and it was decent. Overall nice stay.

Take note that this hotel is a bit small! if you're traveling with families or huge luggages you might find it a bit packed. We came with two luggages and two carry on but we managed to fit comfotably in the room.
