We found a room here after a cancellation of the ferry. Incredibly nice and clean, pastel colours, huge pool, spacious room with all the products needed, nice shower. Lovely breakfast! Staff are also very friendly and helpful. 5min walk to the bus station and city center.

Location was great, close to the bus station and in the center. Room was spacious with a nice balcony, bathroom was nice. Breakfast was simple but ok.

The staff were all super friendly and extremely helpful. The location was central and vibey. The property was very well maintained and clean. Taxi's as well as Public transport were very efficient. We felt safe at all times wherever we went. We loved our stay ! Can fully recommend this island and hotel !

The staff was so sweet, helpful and lovely! They gave us the best suggestions. There is an incredible lady who works in there and she gave the best service! So thankful to them. The location and pool were great!

Very nice and helpful staff (the 24 hours open reception is also a big plus) Strong concern for cleanliness (applicable both for the daily room cleaning, for the pool and for the house itself). Large and minimalistic but well equipped room, large bed. Close to "downtown" (actually ... uptown :). Very close to KTEL bus-station (the departure point for all the bus routes of the island).

The bathroom could be redecorated (that all-present grey - I refer now to room no. 7 - is quite unfriendly); Small details - such as the wardrobe handles or the alignment of the paintings - could be better taken care of; The coffee... Well, even that flavored hot water they use to call "American coffee" is stronger as the so-called coffee one could get at breakfast; fortunately there is a café quite next door - I wonder if family owned :)...

Bed not comfortable, could not accommodate 1 bed vs 2 twins on our honeymoon, breakfast wasn’t anything amazing, room is a bit dark and gloomy, pool is nice but pictures make it look better

Nice breakfast. Great location. Clean room. Close to the bus terminal so it was easy to get around via bus. Hotel staff was excellent - they gave us a lot of good info and tips and helped arrange a boat tour for us.

The hotel is very close to the bus station, this is quite convenient for people who choose to the take bus to travel around Santorini. The staff is very nice. You can change the towel every morning.

If possible, not to choose the street-side room, the neighbour is quite noisy in the evening. The breakfast is good, but don't expect too much, they don't change if you stay for 5 days. I don't know why on the day before we left, they told me not to provide the room service.. maybe the tip was not enough...
