Perfect location, great breakfast, good water pressure coming out of the shower, warm and cozy at night.

Perfect location. Very comfortable room. We have visited several times and noted the recent refurbishments had enhanced the hotel without changing it’s charm. Helpful and attentive staff. Good breakfast.

Very nice, cosy and clean. The bathroom is nice and spacious. The receptionists were really sweet and helpful. The hotel is a few minutes away from the basilica and very central. Also the bus stop is a few steps away.

Location is good, near the Basilica and not far from the public parking. The room (junior suit) is specious.

The stuff is not very nice, always with a sour face. Lots of stairs from the entrance of the hotel to the room. Uncomfortable with all the luggage. Should be mentioned in Booking. We left behind a backpack with important things inside (medicines for example), we wanted it to be sent ASAP to our hotel in Florence, but the hotel stuff didn't seem to make a real effort. They didn't even contact us to say that we left the backpack behind.

The location.

Too many stairs, even though one of the rooms they gave me was clearly a triple room because it was big and the sofa was big with a mattress with sheets and everything they didn’t put it available as a triple room. When I arrived at the hotel I asked if they had a triple room they said no and to my surprise one of the rooms they gave me was triple. In my whole trip around Italy this was the only hotel that denied me a triple room, they made me pay for two rooms when I only needed one. Also, one of the A/C didn’t work properly and we were sweating all night. Don’t bring luggage with you, many many stairs; not only outside but inside also.
