Prezenta copiilor și a părinților gălăgioși care faceau "educatie"prin țipete

Micul dejun a fost divers si de calitate, intrunind toate preferintele.

Uneori, cand hotelul este plin de turisti, restaurantul se aglomereaza. Poate ar fi bine sa se puna la dispozitie si alte saloane in care sa se serveasca masa.

Pretul mult prea mare pentru serviciile oferite. Camera nu arata ca una de 4 stele, nu era suficient de spatioasa ,iar mobilierul era unul vechi,reconditionat,insa decent. Mancarea nu este diversificata,ai putine variante din care sa alegi.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very kind. The food was great, even though there was not much variety in the menu every night. Loved the spa! Also, the beds are comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a bigger spa so we can take advantage of it more, as it fills up very fast. Me and my boyfriend got a love celebration package and the mini-facial was not included, even through it should have been. But we also forgot and did not push for it. The rooftop terrace was closed, so we could not use it. Overall, a great experience with only minor inconveniences, I would still choose this hotel if I am in the area again.

Quiet, fresh air, great for mind relaxation. Swimming pool was very nice. Reception girl at check-in was polite and helpful.

Restaurant, although nicely furnished and elegant and with very polite personnel, offered a rather limited choice of food and beverages. Even still water was unavailable at times. No juice, nor any kind of soft drinks were included in our half board package, even at breakfast. Poor desert options. There is a bar in the lobby, but it is rarely attended. I could not get any service on two occasions, at 19:00 and at 21:00.When I asked the reception guy, I was told that his job is only at reception... He called somebody on the phone and finally some senior lady showed up and explained that she cannot be at the bar during dinner serving time, as she helps the restaurant staff (???). There is nothing (zero) to do outside the hotel during afternoon or evening (hence my choice for drinks in the bar). Mostly nothing in the hotel either. Lack of bellboy service and the steep stairs at the entrance were a challenge, when carrying our suitcases by ourselves both at check-in and check-out.

Very good location, excellent spa and wellness services 👌, taste and variety of the breakfast and dinner buffet 😋, the staff is very friendly and caring with a professional attitude. I warmly recommend it even as a mother, it's a suitable place for children. 👩‍👧 Good choice for spending a pleasant, relaxing, enriched holiday. It was a delight to be a guest of O3zone Hotel, we're eager and excited to visit again as soon as possible. 🤩

The beds weren't comfortable enough 😕, the extra bed was useless 😪, we had to improvise ourselves 🙂. But even if this was a minor inconvenience for us, maybe it could represent an aspect to improve in the future for the administration. 🤔
