Bem localizado, apartamento amplo, claro, confortável, funcionários eficientes e educados.
Um senhor com cara de dono repreendendo o funcionário diante dos hóspedes.
No banho, falta saboneteira.

Everything is out of date. Hot water did not work in one of the rooms. Water came in the room from the rain.

The hot water showers worked without fail. Day staff were very nice.
The night portier who greeted us was downright hostile, and the advertised facilities were well below expected; the sauna was off, the spa had algaes, the pool should be cleaned more often, the fitness facilities were four machines in the smallest imaginable room with no air or air conditioning.
And only one cup of coffee included with breakfast.
Not good value for money compared to alternatives in Santa Cruz.
8.0
Good value, comfortable, close to the plaza and helpful staff.

Nothing.
The batroom without air ventilation, and a sliding door that isnt hermetical. The breakfast could be better.

Ok
The rooms where so cramped up. Decor was overwhelming and old fashioned.
6.0
The room was big and had nice windows and a great view! Breakfast was delicious and our favorite part of the hotel.
The room was also really clean.
One elevator of two did not work, the treadmill (1 of 3 gym machines) did not work, the sauna did not work and the jacuzzi (spa) is not heated.
One day there was also no hot water for the shower.
Just a lot of things not working as they should for the price the hotel charges!

Great staff they were patient in translating things to us. We had to wake up early for immagration and when we returned earlier than anticipated they let us recheck in our room from 1030am-12pm so we could shower.

1. Room ok.
2. Breakfast ok.
3. Swimming pool and sauna ok.
1. Not ready room assigned at first, had to come downstairs to ask for another room.
2. Someone with a key tried to enter my room when I was inside, without asking first for permission.
3. Shower not available at swimming pool & sauna area.
4. Water supply not working at WC room located next to sauna.
5. Stairs area needs to be cleaned more often, some dirt observed.

Wonderful room on the 8th floor
Friendly staff
Breakfast

The hotel was at a great central location, super close to everything! The breakfast was amazing and the air conditioner in the room was wonderful to come back to at the end of the day. WiFi was fast. Oh! Also the pool lights changed colors in the evening, so that was cool.
There was a card in the room threatening to charge you $40 if you stained/marked a towel. I had thrown a towel over the shower curtain rod after using it, and when I pulled it off it had black marks all over it (I guess the shower curtain rod wasn’t clean). I scrubbed that towel for 30min so I wouldn’t be charged!
Once while showering as normal, water actually came up from the floor drain and started flooding the bathroom. I turned off the shower, waited until the water went back down the drain, and cautiously turned the shower back on low pressure and finished my shower.
There was not clear understanding between employees. We were looking for a hotel to spend New Year’s at, and the website said their pool would be open until 9:30pm. So we called beforehand to see if New Year’s Eve would be different since it’s a holiday. Over the phone they said the pool would be open until midnight. Upon arrival the front desk said the pool would be open until 9:30, at which point people who bought an expensive dinner could stay at the pool later. When we actually got in the pool that evening employees came out and said the pool was only open until 8:30pm, so they could get ready for the dinner.
Also, I didn’t ask for a window in our room because I assumed there would be one. There was no window to see the fireworks that night from our room, just four walls. Not a big deal, because we just went up to the top floor terrace and watched them there (beautiful from the center of the city).
