Staff was nice

The pictures of the property are misleading. The property isn’t as modern as the picture looks. There were stains on the wall.

Staff were excellent--seems like the people who work in hotel business in Colombia are topnotch in giving excellent service; beds were comfy; wifi worked adequately. Restaurant was very good; the cook knew his stuff. Breakfast and coffee were good.

It was a bit far away from center; but getting cabs/Uber were not an issue. Really no other bad issues other than not located in center, which might be considered a positive really. I noticed a high number of professional local travelers, from which I infer that hotel fits their modest or restricted budget, but can still get good value for price. Foreign Tourists might want to stay in Getsemani to be closer to the action, but I doubt you'll find a room of that size and quality for similar price.

I have got a very bright room with a big window and AC. Staff in the reception and the restaurant exeptionally kind.

The place is far away from the centre. It is very hard to get an uber. Good for a comfortable night if you are heading to the bus terminal.

everything was fine. security excelllent. anti covid measures very good.

limited menu in restaurant

Was very surprised how far it was from city or tourist places, neighbourhood wasn’t safe at all, staff English was very limited . Room very outdated and extremely small and massive renovation was going on which we wasn’t aware of until the lout banging in the early morning. Breakfast is like cat or dog food, no tea or coffee in room, breakfast was extremely limited two same options every morning not even a proper coffee at breakfast in the morning lukewarm water coffee like which was disgusting dissatisfied disappointed , I couldn’t eat breakfast as it didn’t look Politable . We feel violated as during our stay I’ve send an email to booking.com and they never responded it’s otter disrespectful disgusting behaviour and no regards for their value client. Their wasn’t anything to like.
