OK for one night

A little far from the centre. Internet was non existent. Coudl not do any work.

the location was convenient and easy to find. The parking was great and off the highway. the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot!

It is a very large and comfortable and clean room for the price. The reception man has good English and very kind. It is too close from the bus terminal. I recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, bathroom could be cleaner espiecially area around the sink Stuff was friendly. It is a very affordable option if you want to go to Grutas on your own. There is no AC, but has a strong fun. The front gate gets closed during the night until about 7am, good to know that in case you plan early check out

On the first day there was no hot water in the shower. The stuff was attentive, so if you speak Spanish I think this problem could be easily solved. Would be great though, if hot water was a default. On the second day the water temperature was perfect.

Value and proximity to bus station

No hot water. Towels very small and thin. Very noisy due to location. You can hear the cars and trucks driving by throughout the night so it was difficult to rest.

One of the best value hotels I've had in my 6 months in Mexico. A large, clean and comfortable room in a good location, what more could you ask for for this price. I've paid a lot more for a lot less in this country. If you come to Ixmiquilpan for Las Grutas de Tolantongo, try to spend the day on a Monday for market day, it's a great market

great staff and location

wifi wasn’t so great but got the job done.

Location is walking distance to a terrific taco stand which was open late.

The staff were very welcoming, and everything was very clean. Rooms are basic but spacious. Close to the centre of town. My daughters likes the carousel ! and the gardens were well kept. There is a fridge in reception if you need to store food, and one small bottle of water was provided in the room.

We had a room at the back, but it was still noisy from the road. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

Comfortable, spacious room in the back away from the main road, so no noise. Despite a stale odor in the room I had a good sleep..Staff was very friendly and helpful, giving me information about the bus station for Tolantongo.
