The location was great. We had a super view from our very comfortable and clean room.

Arrival and parking arrangements were poor. We had pre-booked a parking place in the hotel's car park which was confirmed. We messaged the hotel in advance regarding arrival address: hotel or carpark (if different). No reply. We had a very awkward drive through the very busy narrow streets to find the access to the hotel street blocked by bollards. I found the hotel while my husband waited in the car, dodging tourist trains etc.we were then given directions to the carpark only to find it completely full! So, after all that, we parked in a public carpark! The breakfast was limited.

Loved the location & the staff were great. Everyone was extremely kind & helpful. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. The morning server didn’t speak much English, so with my translator & kindness we made it work. She helped me with my German a bit, which is terrible. So grateful & happy for the staff.

The room was clean and tidy. It worked. I would have appreciated a view, but I believe I reserved the last room.

The pillows are not good, would be ideal to change them. The room where we stayed is good but not for summer stay if you want a quiet sleep as you need to sleep with the windows open due to the heat and its extremely noisy outside. Our room was facing the street/water above the restaurant and this starts setting things up between 6.30 and 7 AM so you can hear everything also the church bell sounds every 30min to 1 hour It would be nice to consider add an Air Cooler in the rooms.
