Great location, traditional hotel and practical rooms.

Booking.com communicated a price for the stay and included breakfast, that i fought i paid in advance, I was called while skiing about paymant not valid. I had to update paymant after i left, even if i asked if everything was in order and waited for a receptionist 10min. At the end I was charged for the brekeast and the brekfeast suddenly costs 15 euros instead of 10euros as communicated on booking.com. I am dissapointed.

Friendly stuff gave us a warm welcome, dinner and breakfast were excellent and well tasting. Nice, clean rooms, mountain view, and all this in perfect composition with beautiful village. The place is ideally to start hiking or biking tours.

Nothing to complain!

An absolutely gorgeous place, definitely one of the most character hotels we have ever stayed in! The hotel has that unique feel of a small family-managed Alpine retreat lodge. The facilities were to the top standard, and the restaurant is fantastic. I stayed with my wife and 11yo daughter and we all just loved it. The Bonneval-sur-Arc village is very picturesque, and there are many trails to walk from sunrise to sunset. Should definitely return in winter!
