Everything. Fiona and the staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to cater for, and look after us. Just an incredible set-up with exceptional people. Definitely will be back.

Location was good.
The room was small. The Internet wasn't working. The noise from the room at night was unacceptable. It felt like we were at the live music from the 2nd floor

Proximity to the beach
The tired and worn interiors and lack of view

Fantastic location across from the beach. Staff were very friendly. Food was excellent.
Having paid extra for a room with a balcony and a sea view, we were very disappointed to not have been told that our room was above the bar . On our first night (Monday) there was singing until 2.30am and then again at 5am. We had gone away for a rest!
We said it to the receptionist the next day who was going to let the manager know. We heard nothing until checking out 2 days later when we raised it again. No compensation was offered except to have lunch on the house. At that stage we were after a big breakfast and had to get back to Dublin via visiting relatives in Cork. It was a vey disappointing end to our trip. Some warning should be given about the rooms being above the bar. At no stage were we asked if we wanted to move to a quieter room.
I wouldn't like for anyone else to be caught out like we were so hence this review.

Great to be so near the beach.
Good food.
Friendly staff.
The live music on Friday night was so loud beneath our room we might just have well been sleeping on the dance floor.
The hotel moved us up a floor for the second night which was fine.
