Everything! Set in a nice area just a 10min walk from restaurants, bars and beaches. Spotless, stylish property. My room, the Gold Suite was very spacious and the terrace large too. Plenty of parking on street outside the property. The owner and staff are charming and the breakfast was superb. Such attention to detail and lovely service.

I made the reservation for my parents who had a wonderful stay. They loved the attention to detail, the fabulous breakfast and the truly brilliant service. Villa Moments is an absolute gem and highly recommended to those who are looking for tranquility within the city.

Amazing breakfast, great rooms, lovely pool, incredible property and very affordable! Good location only 15-20 minutes walk to the beach

(We stayed 4 nights, booking was done in two phases...) The villa is very spacious, even when there are several guests there. There's a nice swimming pool, and a pool (billiards) table and 'table soccer' in the basement. Maria who runs the kitchen and the check-in was charming and helpful. Breakfast options were limited, though that is to be expected when there are about 5-4 guest rooms in the villa (so they don't do a buffet, it's Maria who makes fresh food every morning). There's a large kitchen which we used a few times (and took care to clean up meticulously afterwards!). The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Location is good - not right in the (touristy) center or very close to the beaches, but a 10-15 minute walk (or 4-minute drive) from the parking lots over there.

Wi-Fi reception in the rooms was OK, in other locations in the villa not so much. No shutters on the windows (curtains only) so never quite dark in the room, always a little light from outside. No free coffee or drinks - after breakfast time, you have to pay for these.

The villa is grand and stylish, and the pool/terrace area very pretty. Maria and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was an absolute treat, varied and super-fresh, and tailored to your preferences.

The only minor negative was our room (and this is the same for all of the better rooms) is that there is no shower in the bathroom - but there is a handheld shower, and a guest shower downstairs.

Our stay was great ! Beautiful villa well located in Portimão (less 5 minutes by car from Praia Da Rocha). The room is well decorated with comfortable bed. Maria welcomes you for breakfast and she is very attentive to every request.

Everything. The villa is stunningly beautiful, the rooms are beautiful. Fatima, the owner and Maria are very friendly and helpful, with suggestions on places to visit. Maria makes the most delicious breakfast and everything is fresh and homemade. We can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be staying again.

we felt really welcome, our room was super nice, the whole house was taken great care of and everything was super clean, Fatima, her husband and Maria took great care of us, good location to travel around, you could see that it is taken care of details in the house and room, and we loved the radio

we were not big fans of the city, but that has nothing to do with the accomodation, it was our thing not to look it up before.

We were able to check in early per request (although this had not been made clear to the woman who was cleaning). The breakfast was good and ample with newly baked cake daily and care given to our requests for bread type. Good beds and roomy bathrooms. Located in a quiet residential area with easy parking.

Although the breakfast was good, the jam and butter were in small plastic 'cups' which doesn't seem to be in synch with a "travel sustainable" location. The coffee (machine) could have been so much better. After changing rooms due to bathroom leakage, we had only erratic wifi access which we reported. The curtains did not close properly to obstruct sunlight. Although a walking distance of 6 minutes to the beach is claimed, it is easily a 15-minute walk through a concrete jungle. Moreover, the pool was empty with work being done during breakfast on the terrace.

The property was stunning! Gorgeous furnishings and such a spacious villa.

Luxurious villa with great common areas, pool, an oasis in the middle of Portimao. Maria is the soul of the house and prepares great breakfast.

Portimao is of course an ugly place, distroyed in the past decades of real estate speculation, no urban planning.

Staff friendliness, facilities and breakfast is excellent.

Maria who served us breakfast every morning was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to be so helpful and informative about EVERYTHING and could not have done any more for us.

It would have been better if pool was heated as it was very cold

A beautiful villa surrounded by equally beautiful villas. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated with little extras which make it personal. Bronze suite was perfect for our 3 night stay. Staff are very friendly and appreciated that I couldn’t speak the local language. Maria cared for our every need during breakfast, if we wanted something a little different she ensured she prepped it. Breakfast starts at 8.30am, however Maria served it at 7am on the day we were checking out. Fatima, the owner was very approachable and friendly. Carlos communicated really well with us when our transfer failed. He arranged our pick up. He also guided us with local Covid test centres, shopping advice and nightlife where requested. The villa is exceptionally quiet, so well suited for guests wanting a break. The taxi company they use was great. Driver, Hubert and Rui went above and beyond to care for our needs in a foreign country. Pool area was well maintained Overall I would return with my husband for a quiet, intimate get away.
