Location, view, comfort, cabin

I liked location.

Location and the views from the balcony. The kitchen facilities were also very useful.

The two bedroom Villa is described as having air conditioning but it doesn’t. We didn’t need it at night anyway so it wasn’t a problem for us.

quiet, quite near to town and to adventure parks., and very close to night walk

breakfast not included and not worth having

It was nice to have the comfort of a house: you could make your own tea of coffee, enough space to play for the kids and the view was superb! The family was also very friendly, we did both the night tour (we saw a tarantula, frogs, a sloth, kinkajou, praying mantis) and farm visit, which both were very nice :)

It was quite far from everything. There was 1 restaurant within short walking distance, but this was ok for us.

Great location,house with atmosphere and terrace with view at the forest,stylish bathroom,big rooms,definetely worth the price

What can be done better:No cleaning in 3 days, cold (it was raining heavily and we had no chance to dry our clothes at least a little bit)

Location

After 15 minutes in the cabin , a scorpion stung me in the leg. I believed that the scorpion had crawled from under the bed, so I proceeded to inspect it before laying down to rest. I discovered one dead spider and three more alive, spider webs and spider eggs. I contacted one of the administrators and she told me that this normal since the cabin is in the forest. I’m a camper and love outdoors and insects but I rented cabin so my family doesn’t have to sleep with the spiders, scorpions and all the other dangerous animals. As you can imagine, my family didn’t not want to stay in that room or sleep under any of the beds. Then a second administrator came to the room, and I showed her what I had found. She immediately apologize and gave me my money back. If the cabins get cleaned and inspected before renting i think this could be a great place to stay.

amazing location next to all the best trails and hiking and the cloud forest.

I wish there was a TV and a bigger restroom for the first floor.

property is in a beautiful setting right next to major attraction. we enjoyed beautiful sunset and sunrise from our outside patio.

Breakfast and location were very good. Staff was very nice.

We wished there was a fan, as it got hot inside during the day. Washroom was not very good and it got clogged. Windows didn't have a bug screen, so we didn't want to open them.

Location great! Should include a free breakfast!

Small bathroom

The rooms are nice, with a little kitchenette if you want to cook. Nice little garden outside with nice views over the hills.

The drive is a little bit tricky to get there, steap hill.
