Everything. Owners lovely & friendly rooms goof size which is unusual in Blackpool. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was always cooked fresh. Owners very helpful with advice about places to go

Beeakfast was fantastic and amazing value for money as it was included in the price of the room Hosts were excellent although only saw Jane twice. John was a top host, welcoming and friendly Room was imaculate with excellent tea & coffee facilities with nice biscuits, topped up daily so no need to ask. My only concern would be the takeaway style cups, would prefer proper cups Location is fantastic just a short walk to the tramstop and also South pier

This may seem a bit harsh as everything was great really but in the interest of honesty. The hot tap in the en-suite was incredibly slow flowing and took an eon to get hot. The sliding doors on the en-suite are very noisy and when the next room came in at stupid o'clock, i was awoken by the door and also the noisy water system flow. Parking is a premium, and very difficult first come first served, however, Jane stopped me as I went out and said I could park on the small drive at the rear, so that worked very well. Having said that, this is the case.at the majority of B&Bs in Blackpool so that is not a reason to not stay again. To.put this into context, the room was priced very reasonably and so I think the small issues are just that and not worth worrying about. This is a great little place and I would certainly stay there again

The hosts John and Jane are awesome! Nothing is too much of a bother! Good banter at the breakfast table and a really good spread they put on too. Clean tidy room and a comfy bed!

Fantastic hotel, John and Jane are the best! There’s no better place to stay in Blackpool than the Langroyd Hotel. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel so welcome. My son and I have stayed here a number of times and can’t wait to stay there again next year. Oh and the breakfast is fantastic. Thanks John and Jane and look forward to seeing you again soon x

The host's were absolutely amazing couldn't fault them. Also breakfast was delicious.

We booked a family room which wasn't very big. Ensuite was very small, not leaving any room to dry after a shower. Drying needed to be done in the main room, which meant teenage children had to stand in the hallway.

Hosts friendly and kind nothings to much trouble breakfast was lovely and provided decaff options room was a good size with places to keep our clothes in and coat hangers the night light next to beds was a nice touch too perfect location for us on the south pier side of blackpool
