A very nice hotel, the superior or deluxe room was really good. Restaurant very good Parking in front of the room. All amenities your expect of a 4 star hotel. Only the hair dryer didn't work

The hotel was spacious, clean and had good facilities for us and our kids, we were very happy with this. The people who work there were very helpful.

Unfortunately the breakfast was of a very poor quality for a hotel of this standard. There was plenty of food but there was a distinct lack of variety, most of the food on offer was over-cooked probably because it was being cooked in large volumes and then being kept warm. Most importantly it lacked flavour. Even the fresh fruit was very limited. We were extremely disappointed by the poor standards in the kitchen.

Breakfast could better

The staffs are very friendly. Room is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it.

We ate 3 meals at the restaurant and one was mediocre, breakfast and dinner were atrocious. Spaghetti sauce from a can, canned mushrooms. Alfredo sauce what was that??? Eggs were cold at breakfast. The chefs really need to freshen up their food and cook with love. Otherwise we had a great stay!

I want to express the disappointment we had by staying at this place. the room was supposed to be a “luxury” room : - toilets where clogged and we found this out this morning at early wake up - refrigerator is extremely noisy to a level we had to unplug it to sleep - at 11pm, they let entering in the parking lot a huge bus (football team) that parked just in front of our room , letting the engin turned in for at least 30’ , then the adults (not teenagers) just sit down on the chair in front of our room and spoke extremely loudly from the bus to the chair for 15’ , up to when I had to get out to ask them to go elsewhere I cannot understand that the bus is allowed to get into the lot at such a late hour ! - finally, there was a party with loud music up to 4/5 am this morning We basically could only someone a few hours before writing this memo , I sent a message to the hotel via booking.Com just after check out …. for answer , we received no apologies … just a memo :”we can find you a place in the parking lot” … incredible !

The breakfast was cold! The location was regular

The pool was full of profesional swimmers and there is not another pool for casual people. There wasnt a space for billar and table football, when we try to use them , they were removed because they have an event.

Pool, gym and restaurant. Grounds are well kept.

Check in is at 2:00. We were told we would have to wait until 4:00. First room given to us was told it was ready but beds were not made, room not cleaned, smelled bad of cigarette smoke and looked like it was still occupied. Clothes were still in room. Rooms are very noisy in the morning.

We liked the restaurant staff....they were very helpful when we asked questions and we enjoyed our food there. The pool was great and the gardens were beautiful. It's in a great location as tucked away from the main road but easily accessable

The reception staff were not helpful . We speak Spanish so not a communication issue....they were reserved and not the best front of house. The rooms were old fashioned but clean...a lot of the furniture looked old and tired!

Awesome place with comfortable rooms, good food, and great drinks! Would stay again without hesitation!
