Beautiful view within walking distance to downtown.

Just amazing apartment with the see view on one side and mountain view with ancient fortress on another.

The views of the sea from ALL the rooms of the apartment are amazing, having breakfast and dinner on that terrace is a luxury! The apartment is very cozy, well decorated, the beds are comfortable and it is perfectly equipped. A small beach just 5 minutes walk to relax. It's very comfortable. CAN’T WAIT TO GO AGAIN!!!

A lovely spacious apartment on the sixth floor with superb outlook over the town of Roses, the port area and the open sea. we particularly liked the large balcony area which faced 2 directions allowing late afternoon sunbathing. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and our intro from the host was exactly right. Parking was easy, just outside the apartment in a generous sized parking bay. Having an elevator was also a bonus with suitcases !

Really could not fault any aspect of the property. We were delighted.

Location was great with views over the sea, harbour and Roses town fantastic. Easy to walk into town and along the cost path to local beaches. Outside space (balcony) was of a good size to enjoy breakfast and evening meals and protected from sea breezes. On site free parking was also a big plus.

Overall, the property, especially the kitchen, bathroom and lounge could benefit from a small upgrade/freshen up. The WiFi is rather unstable or not working which could be annoying. The TV stations and digital box are limited to basically Spanish and French channels. Some German and English channels would have been welcome. The cleanliness level of the apartment when we arrived was okay but could have been better and we cleaned some items ourselves.

Perfect apartment, really clean and with lovely sea view.

It's clear that if you are looking for amazing views this is the apartment for you. It's also clean and very comfortable, well equipped and attractively decorated. Parking on the property, the small supermarket close by and the beach, made it very agreeable stay.

Unfortunately someone was doing up a flat in the block, so we had some noise from the building work, it didn't however affect our enjoyable break.
