قربه من الاماكن السياحيه زيلامسي وكابرون واغلب المناطق الجميله منطقه جميله وهادئه توفر بطاقه الصيف بخصم مناسب شقه واسعه توفر ادوات الطبخ بشكل جيد توفر ورق الحمام وجود شطاف وهذا مهم جدا صاحب المكان ودود جدا

خروج رائحه من مغسله المطبخ والحمام ووجود الحشرات المؤذيه في الخارج لم استطيع الجلوس والتمتع بالاجواء في خارج البلكونه بسبب الحشرات عانيت من لدغه الحشره

قربها من الفعاليات وموقعها الممتاز وحسن التعامل من اصحابها

قد تكون مفارش الأسره سبب مهم في عدم اعجابي ايضا وجود رائحة في دواليب المطبخ

قرب الفندق من كابرون وزيلامسي حوالي 10 دقائق هدؤ المنطقة ووفرولنا بطاقة زييلامسي بمبلغ 15 يورو للشخص في الليلة رحابة الاستقبال وجود منطقة غسيل في البدروم

صادفنا يوم مشمس كانت الشقة حاره لعدم وجود تكييف لكن وفرولنا مروحه صغيره الشقة غرفه وصاله حبذا لو ألغو البارتشن حتى تتوسع منطقة الصالة للأسف دورة المياه بدون قفل البلكونات بجانب بعض ولكن من حسن الحظ كان موجود بارتشن

Angenehme Kommunikation.

Der Eingang war sehr unordentlich, das Appartement dunkel, die Einrichtung beliebig, kein Blick auf die Berge, Sauberkeit ausreichend, aber auch nicht mehr.

-Location was perfect 10 mins from kaprun and 13 mins from zell am see lake -Easy check in and out -Quite and peaceful area -The toilets contain “Shattaf”

-The clean of the room was not that good, A alot of spider weds around the beds .. i know it is a rural area but must be cleaned. -Beds uncomfortable - some rooms have windows protection from mosquitoes and bees and some are not. - lights in the balcony was not work. -No AC

كان كريستيان بشوش ومتعاون جدا وكل ماطلبناه قام بتحقيقه كنت اتمنى وجود مصعد لكن الدرج لابأس به ووجود الشطاف كان مريحا لنا ايضا الاخ جورج كان متعاون رغم انشغاله سأكرر السكن مرة أخرى

الغرف صغيره وازدحام الموقف والاشتراك في الغسيل مشكلة وتقارب الشرفات من بعضها وعدم وجود التكييف في الايام الحارة ايضا لوكانت البطاقة الصيفية مجانية كانت افضل

We got the Zel-Am See card which saved us a lot of money! So it was worth staying at this town just for this reason. The apartment is pretty big. For the apartment in Zell Am See: Bedrooms and living room are pretty big so we had lots of space.

Owner's response to simple things (a working TV remote control, a device to hang wet cloths) was very long (1.5 days) even then - the remote control didn't work and it seems like the washing machine hasn't been working for a while (electric outlet looks bad and someone had already unplugged it long before we came - you could tell by the dust around it). Seems like this a property managed by a company or a busy owner that doesn't visit this property himself all the time. The weirdest thing is that I booked property at Piesendorf and the owner changed it to Zell Am See (15 minutes away). I had a car and I didn't mind it too much (and he told me 2 days before, so I found it easily) but still - not what I have booked.
