We stayed here for a month over Christmas and new year and it was fantastic had everything we needed for a total chilled out break beautiful apartment and the owners were Fantastic just at the end of the phone if needed would definitely recommend the people we met were so lovely aswell thanks again Sergio

Overall property was good but has some tired outdoor furniture and during our stay a leaking coffee machine. Also hot water always came out rusty coloured so didn't drink tap water. Otherwise it was clean, tidy and well located for us as we were looking for a laid back location. Pal Mar has expanded since we visited last 8yrs ago and has good facilities and even some beach now.
Reported coffee machine issue and manager did respond but not replaced in time of stay.

Our apartment was ideal for our 4 week stay with everything that we needed. We were very comfortable and would have given five stars but for one or two very small inexpensive repairs to the toilet seat and shower head, we could have also done with a kettle. The pool area was excellent and having a designated garage space was wonderful as the street parking was always full. Having lifts to all floors was extremely useful particularly when carrying heavy bags.

Nice Apartment
Our host Sergio couldn't do enough to help us. We had some minor issues with white goods, instantly replaced. Excellent value for the money.

Apartment was really good for the price and had everything we needed. Great position in Palm-Mar, near supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach, this apartment could not be better placed. If you are like us and like walking, 2 minutes and you are at the foot of the hills. Finally, the host Sergio, was very helpful. Responded very promptly to any communication and kindly arranged our taxi back to the airport to save us a job. We will definately be back :-)

Apartment was really good for the price and had everything we needed. Great position in Palm-Mar, near supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Great location
We stayed at this apartment for 4 weeks in Dec/Jan it was great, it had everything you need for a long stay plus lovely sunny balcony, weather was amazing, just around the corner a small supermarket two restaurants lovely staff really good food and well priced!! Sergio could not have been more helpful and accommodating we were met on arrival and shown around the apartment and he was available for any needs we might have had.
Would definitely stay there again 😎🏝

Palmar est un lieu calme et serein facilement accessible.Loin de l'agitation touristique mais avec quelques restaurants et petit supermarché où l'on trouve ce qu'il faut. L'appartement est lumineux et bien équipé. Belle terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. Garage sous-terrain,
La piscine est très bien entretenue et il fait bon s'y détendre.
La communication avec le propriètaire, c'est fait uniquement par mail et whatsapp mais c'est très bien déroulé. Nous avons reçu réponse à toutes nos questions. La charmante Mme Nicolasa, femme d'ouvrage ,nous a accueilli à l'arrivée et au départ. Malgré la barrière de la langue nous nous sommes compris.
En résumé, séjour agréable, prix du séjour tout à fait correcte. Nous reviendrons.

We had a very good stay, Sergio the owner was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Lovely clean place, very secure. Would definitely recommend a stay there. Will be going back.

Very nice area with all the amenities you need including a supermarket and some great restaurants which were really good value for money. Would definitely recommend Bobbies Indian restaurant. Only a 10 min drive to the busier tourist areas of Los Cristianos, Las Americas

Palm Mar itself is a quiet place with a few bars and restaurants but the majority of places are residential. Suited us ideally as not looking for loads of night life. The area very clean and safe.
As for our host Sergio he gets a 10/10. Always kept in touch before the holiday started and sent us perfect instructions to find the apartment easily. Checked we were ok while on holiday and offered to do anything for us which we didn't require but it's nice to be offered anyway. Wasnt intrusive in any way which we also liked.
The apartment itself is perfect, great size, spotlessly clean with all modern appliances. Even a tv with all channels from around the world ie sports etc which were never had on any holiday before. WiFi internet also top class, couldn't fault a thing. Large shower but water was a bit cold at times, nothing to do with the apartment itself just guess we were late in the shower of any evening.
Outside pool really big and the area clean, never had any issues getting a sun lounger too.
Overall you won't beat this place for price for what you get, we would go back in an instant!
Love Tenerife, Palm Mar is good too and Sergio is a great man to deal with so no complaints at all.

Amazing host and apartment!
Thank you to Sergio for making our holiday. Great communication made it even simpler. He was so helpful especially when our flight was delayed! The apartment is lovely and has everything you need (and more!). Some lovely restaurants near by and a little shop just round the corner. Great little enclosed pool area with sunbeds that get Sun for most of the day. The balcony gets afternoon Sun and has plenty of space to eat there too.

Absolutely gorgeous Apparment
Sergio makes his guests feel as they are personally invited to spend quality time in the sun. The apartment has everything you could want for a homely feel and ease for real living while
On holidays. The Garage parking space starts it off (which in Palm Mar is a huge benefit), the apartment has all necessities you could think of. Shopping trolley dish washer microwave, oven, functional washing machine, bin bags and all delft and cutlery you could want on a holiday. Even beach umbrellas for shade and tipper ware if you'd want to bring a pick nick.
It was my 3rd time in Palm Mar and each time we had a new apartment. This was the homliest and foe is happiest to stay in. You can walk to the shop in2min and it's about a 10-15min walk to the beach. I'd stay there again tomorrow 🍀👍😃😃

The apartment is very clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi and located in a modern building with free underground parking. Large and small pools are very comfortable for families with children.
The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped for self-catering.
The owner of the apartment Sergio is very hospitable. He is ready to help with advice when you plan a journey and if you need help in Tenerife.

The property is very clean and immaculate and Sergio was a very kind host! Would stay again!
The property was lovely and clean just like the pictures. It was me my fiancé & 2 year old daughter that stayed mid October 2016. Palm mar was great as it was a quiet relaxing place to stay, but also just a 10min drive to los cristianos, which we stayed by the beach when not using the pool at the apartment. The pool was great and ideal for our daughter to play all day and run around the 'non slip artificial grass'.
The only problem we found was there wasn't a kettle, which is essential for us brits abroad, but we still boiled our tea on the hob so didn't go without.
If back in Tenerife South we'll definitely be returning back as we had a great time there! That is as long as Sergio allows us! :)

We like Palm Mar area for its quietness and not as many tourists like other places. The El Mocan residential is a nice place to stay. After a seven weeks stay you were sure we wouldn´t leave the apartment so you brought your two year old son with a gun our day of departure. It worked and we hope to come back. Thanks again.
