Recently updated rooms and bathroom, clean & tidy. Lovely large towels supplied. The location was great. We chose this location as it was so close to the bus depot. We stayed overnight so we can take the early bus to Falls Creek for skiing. Parking is available in front of our room, great for unloading and packing the car. A good supply of cutlery and crockery for our BYO breakfast, or you can go to a nearby cafe/restaurant.

The bathroom was cold and could use some heating. The musky smell on entering, but cleared when we allowed the room to air. Ease up on the fabric conditioner on the towels, use vinegar instead.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Shower was luke warm at best the first time I attempted to use it in the evening but it was fine in the morning.

The Snowygum was family friendly, well priced, and a neat and tidy place to stay in the perfect location for us while exploring Mt Beauty.

Great central location with an easy walk to attractions. Spacious and comfortable room that met requirements. The staff member was friendly and attentive to my needs.

The hot water system was extremely slow to respond requiring a lot of water to be wasted before hot water came through. Once the hot water finally came through it was fine.

The bed mattress was a little hard

Lots of flying insects (attacted to lights) inside the room/toilet. Just a thought, maybe provide one of those insect zappers strategically positioned within the room during summer. (Not sure whether the insects are an all year round issue?)
