Mattress very hard, wifi not strong, small room no window. Coffee machine was broked

The price was great. Staff was friendly. It was close to the central area of the old part of town. The hotel felt very secure and safe.

The bed was very lumpy. Because of all the concrete and tile it was very noisy whenever people were in the public areas. I haven't seen a towel so old in many years.

The rooms are almost new.

The hotel is modern and super clean, fresh bedsheets, great maintenance, but the staff at the front dest doesn't speak any English, the first lady wasn't helpful at all, my first room didn't have wifi and she wasn't even trying to make things easy. It's a shame that such nice place with unhelpful front desk staff.

Value for money and private parking

It is close to the city centre with pedestrian streets and parks and sights such as Hospicio Cabañas and the Cathedral. Also close to the metro/light rail. The room was a positive surprise; renovated and modern, good craftsmanship. Bed was okay, though a bit hard. The price tag attractive, and the staff was friendly enough.

Close to the centre, but also close to a street market on c/Gigantes in a sleazy neighbourhood. Lots of litter in the mornings, dark and unpleasant in the evening, but not really dangerous. The building is not well isolated and the construction with an inner courtyard results in echoes and noise from other guests. Not very welcoming entrance (but the standard of the room made up for that). One mayor issue is that the hotel has the wrong address (far away in the middle of the Guadalajara Expo!) when using Google Maps. Taxi drivers do so, resulting in two unecessary trips and a 300 pesos extra cost in my case... This has to be fixed asap by the hotel!

NIce, helpful staff though having a patter of Spanish helps. Comfortable room and bed for the price. Good location, not a long stroll to the centre, buses and metro. Plenty of food around. Area is safe enough.

There was a bit of loud room renovation during the day. stopped at a decent hour and won't last forever I'm sure.

It has refurbished rooms and was very clean. It is a short walk to the centre of things.

It was a bit noisy as it’s a hotel full of families. also as others have said it’s in a market area closed up a night so I’d get a taxi back after dark.

Location is great. Parking is safe. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and modern. Staff is always happy to answer questions.

Location is excelent and the parking is free and private.

They don't have enough spaces for parking and you need to move your car in the morning

It was absolutely great! Location is great! The room was perfect! It's only a pity that there's no kitchen and possibility to have breakfast, however, it's in the centre so you can go for breakfast anywhere.
