The location to beach, but it's a small beach until the tide goes out.

There is more than one accommodation and that must explain the reviews. Buyer beware. Antiquated Plumbing - tub gurgles when toilet is flushed, sewer gases when draining kitchen sink. Poor stove - 2 burners did not work. Oven did not work. Communication - took hours for host to respond. Knowing there were stairs when I booked this, but exceedingly narrow and step.

We loved the quietness, view and ability to walk to restaurants as well as to Quarteria along the stunning cliffs or/and beach. Our host, Marcelo was super. Exceptionally clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice view from the appartment, comfortable beds, everything for cooking in kitchen.

During the morning hours the water in the shower was cold.

Amazing location: just a few steps down and you are on the beach. A good apartment too, everything you need is there and it was really clean. There are bars, cafes, restaurants and a big supermarket nearby.

We liked that it was further away from the 'real' center, but for some that might be different. You need transportation to go to there, it's too far to walk. We rented a scooter (at Retro Scooters, highly recommend that company) and that was perfect for us.

Position of flat excellent with great views and only small walk down to beach or into town. Local bars and restaurants on the beach The facilities for a SC stay were all there. Lovely terrace/garden at front that was a lovely sun trap and for people watching. Excellent roof terrace with wonderful views though being February it was a tad windy. The Host Marcelo was very helpful, allowing us to check in early and was only to eager to assist with any questions/queries. Thank you. We have already looked at returning again.

Absolutely nothing. We cannot think of anything at all. Well maybe having to leave.

Proximity of Beach and restaurants

The location was 10/10 with sea views to die for. Centrally located to all of the local restaurants (2 mins walk down quite a few stairs - may be difficult for anyone with a disability which impacts on their walking).

Everything, fantastic location , very helpful hosts, well equipped, excellent value for money, Would definitely return.
