The location of the hotel was excellent and the view from our window was beautiful. Beds were very comfy and the room was modern and spacious.

The room was very hot, you could open the window but due to the town centre location this made it very noisy and harder to sleep. Air con would have been a bonus. The cleaning regime was a bit hit and miss. We found that the first day, everything had been cleaned and the towels removed, however there were 3 of us in the room and they only left 1 clean towel in replacement. The guy on reception gave me more but it was annoying having to ask. Then the next day, we had overflowing bins and dirty coffee cups which they ignored, and all they did was fold up the quilts on the beds. Day 3 they emptied the bins but left the dirty cups and did not give us any extra toilet roll, but the problem was it was a Sunday so we could not ask for more as there is no one on reception on a Sunday! Other than this, everything was fine.

Night receptionist, a Romanian lady. She was extremely kind and helpful. Next morning was Ziogan (if I am not wrong), he also couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent really very relaxing reliving staying , the location was good and all the facilities were great i just have one note about the coffee machine in my room wasn’t working. so i really recommend it to all 🌸

when i made the booking they said they offer breakfast for a fee. After the booking, i called and said they dont offer breakfast (booking was made non-refundable). The towels were on the floor and instead of replacing them, they put them back on the rack.... Next day after the complain, they didnt even come to the room for cleaning.

check in only through automatic machine when checking out we weren’t able to enter the hotel as the card wasn’t working and it was 11:02 AM. no support because no staff seen anywhere. then we managed to get in with the help of cleaners and took our bags which was already packed and locked in our rooms. no facility to keep bags after checkout for few hours. no telephone to contact the emergency no. not all tourists will have a mobile calling facility. Even though our rooms were nice this check in and check out experience ruined it all.

Location, shops, christmas market, restaurants.

Limited staff on site, but when the staff where there they were really helpful. A little confusion as to the times of breakfast, but we always managed to get breakfast. One of the mornings we received breakfast at our door. Lovely breakfast but maybe the option for something warms apart from eggs would be an idea.

Location is amazing, close to the high street, good restaurants and pubs.
