Die gesamte Villa besteht aus zwei unabhängigen Wohnungen. Sie haben unterschiedliche Eingänge, unterschiedliche Gärten und keine gemeinsamen Teile. Nur bei großen Gruppen oder persönlichen Bedürfnissen können die beiden Wohnungen durch ein Tor im Garten verbunden werden. In diesem Fall würde sich die Verfügbarkeit auf 11 Personen erhöhen
Für Mieten von bis zu 8 Personen wird NUR die Gartenwohnung im Erdgeschoss angeboten, für eine Anzahl von über 8 Personen werden die Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock angeboten. Wenn Sie das gesamte Anwesen bestehend aus den beiden Wohnungen für weniger als 8 Personen mieten möchten, fragen Sie im Voraus nach Informationen. Die Hauptwohnung für 7 Personen erstreckt sich über 2 Ebenen.
Auf der Gartenebene, die im Sommer sehr kühl ist, befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und die Veranda, die direkt zum großen 14 x 7 m großen Pool führt.
Auf der oberen Ebene gibt es einen großen offenen Raum mit Sitzecke, Essbereich, Fernseher und Kamin sowie eine große Terrasse, von der aus Sie einen wunderschönen Panoramablick über die Stadt Palermo haben. Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich auch 1 WC und die komfortable Küche mit eigener Terrasse, die mit einer Außentreppe ausgestattet ist, um in den Gartenbereich zu gelangen, wo Sie im Freien speisen können

Der Pool ist für die ausschließliche Nutzung der Wohnung.

Overall we have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Perfect escape from reality, 10min walk from Mondello and 30mins from Palermo on the bus - Ideal for families.
From the very beginning communication with Mario and Marianna was amazingly prompt and exactly what you need with 7 people travelling, all questions were answered and resolved where possible.
Upon arrival we were welcomed by Marianna for check in and were presented with a fridge stocked with the essentials and we definitely thought that was a sweet touch.
The property is great and really a pleasure to live in - we rented it for a week and were super impressed at the space and all rooms were comfortable, modern kitchen and plenty of spaces for you to enjoy as a family or on your own.
The pool was so enjoyable, we hardly spent time inside. It was a dream to swim in and large enough to have everyone in enjoying the scorching sunshine and still manage a swim.
The only comments we would have that is that for people with young families, you should be aware the pool is very deep - in some parts much deeper than 6ft so may be the depths should be displayed along the poolside for safety.
We should also say that a warning should be made regarding the pool - if you have any swimwear that is either light in colour or patterned in light colours (Beware - they may be stained lime green and not come out even after a lot of washes) :( Although Marianna made the best efforts to get a maintenance crew out to us, we all came back with swimwear that is now tinged green.
Lastly like other have commented previously this property is only 4 bedrooms and not 6 (as the apartment is separate to the house).
In conclusion though we wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place or coming back for another stay so if you're looking for a relaxing Sicilian break - Look no further! :)

Everything about the villa/house was fantastic - really well appointed and in a lovely big garden, so much room both inside and out.
In fact the listing doesn’t do it justice I could explain but that would spoil the sense of surprise we felt.
Some many different areas to eat, relax or catch the sun - could easily not have left the villa for the whole week.
Only minor quibble the internet is a little patchy but really we’re on holiday so it’s not a big deal.
Mario, Patricia and Mariana were so helpful and welcoming, helped us out with tips and even helped point us in the direction of a boat excursion.
There’s plenty of room for a car if you hire one, we didn’t and did everything on foot. Which was fine as we like walking if you don’t you’d want to think about a car as the beach is walkable but the streets around Mondello are a little dirty.
The local shops - Gelateria, pattiserie, pizza shop, fruit and veg were fantastic and within easy reach some of the best of all of these we’ve had in Sicily and the local restaurant is fantastic and has a great selection of wine to take away.
A really really great holiday home and some where I would recommend again and again.

Fantastic Pool and outdoor area !
Very large spacious house, with good aircondition in all rooms. Well equipped kitchen, and only10-12 minutes walk to the beach. No problem not having a car.

Eine phantastische Villa
Die großzügige Villa ist toll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und viel Platz und Sitzgelegenheiten, sie ist blitzsauber (wird sogar 2x pro Woche gereinigt), Patricia, Mario und Hausverwalterin Marianna sind supernett und tolle Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation ist top, bei Problemen eilt nach wenigen Minuten Hausmeister Giovanni zur Hilfe. Der Pool ist der beste, den wir bisher hatten.
Einzig kleine Abstriche bei der Lage/Umgebung (Hunde in umliegenden Villen, der Strand von Mondello ist fast komplett privat/kostenpflichtig) kann man machen, aber dafür kann die Villa nichts, das ist wohl typisch Palermo/Sizilien/Italien.
Es war für uns (8 Personen, wir hatten beide Villen-Teile) ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Stunning villa in a beautiful location
My family and I stayed at this beautiful villa for a week. The pool and grounds area are beautiful especially with the mountain view backdrop.
Christopher was also very helpful and told us some great restaurants and places to visit nearby.
The supermarket and beach is a short ride away but to explore the most that this beautiful country has to offer I would recommend hiring a car.

Der Pool ist unschlagbar!
Wir wurden sehr nett von Christopher in Empfang genommen. Er zeigte uns das ganze Haus und wichtige Details.
Der Pool war wunderbar groß, somit konnte man tatsächlich schwimmen. Das Haus ist ca. 10 Laufminuten vom Zentrum entfernt.
Die Zimmer waren sehr gut klimatisiert und sauber. Ebenso wie die Küche, welcher sehr gut ausgestattet ist.
Die Bäder waren leider teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Eine Toilettenspülung hat nicht richtig funktioniert.
Weiterhin sind Wechselhandtücher leider nicht inbegriffen. Darum muss man sich selbst darum kümmern oder einen Aufpreis von 10€ pro Person bezahlen.
Insgesamt ein es wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Würden Mondello wieder besuchen!

A wonderful spacious house in the great resort of Mondello. The pool is fabulous. Easy bus rides into Palermo centre. Very kind hosts, especially Chris who was very helpful indeed. We hope to return.

Location d'une grande qualité
Entièrement d'accord aves les avis précédents.
La maison est réellement très agréable, de même que le jardin avec une immense piscine.
La villa est très propre et parfaitement équipée.
L'accueil est fait par le gendre des propriétaires, très agréable et toujours disponible si besoin.
La plage de Mondello est belle mais remplie de transat, comme partout en Sicile.
La situation de la maison est idéale pour rayonner dans la région.
A louer sans hésiter, aucune mauvaise surprise.

Superbe séjour à proximité de Palerme
La maison est superbe, conforme à la description, avec un niveau de confort optimal. La piscine est tout simplement magnifique et ses proportions sont impressionnantes!
Patricia et son gendre Christopher sont très gentils ainsi que très disponibles. Des petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée...
La localisation est parfaite à 10 minutes à pieds d'une très belle plage et permet de rayonner parfaitement sur toute la côte nord ouest de la Sicile, de Cefalù à Castellamare... Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir dans cette villa de grand standing!

La villa est conforme a la description tres bien situee a 10 minute a pied de la plage ,service hotelier de qualite et tres grande disponibilite de la personne qui nous a acceuilli pour notre arrivee tres tardive. Proprete impecable et villa bien entretenue.Nous recommandons vivement cette villa.

Famiglia Giglio
Ottima Villa per passare delle vacanze in piena tranquillità vicino alla bellissima spiaggia di mondello, l'immobile è dotato di tutti i comfort . La piscina soddisfa ogni esigenza. Le camere sono tutte ben arieggiate senza bisogno di aria condizionata e molto confortevoli. Bellissimo il giardino spazioso e luminoso. Tornerò molto volentieri, per rivivere questa bellissima casa e queste bellissime vacanze.

We did not spend so much time inside the spacious house since we enjoyed the warm wheather outside. One evening we ordered catering of food to the house to taste typical Sicilian food, which was really nice and tasteful. The owner arranged for some grocery shopping as well since we arrived late in the evening without any problem! During our stay we made short day trips to small villages, such as Cefalu and Erice. We hired a local guide when going to Mount Etna, which we thought was very good idea.
The house and the pool will guarantee a relaxing, calm and exciting vacation for the whole family, and the free Wi-fi is also a very good thing. I can gladly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to spend their vacation in the beautiful Sicily.
